I like most of them but random magic spell, that make mage no fun at all due bad luck of random, while fighter or warrior sovig easy life can choice any weapon.

Edit: Oh, I'm not sure, not only Corespell but could be other file as well, How do I ensure magic tech not random anymore and add spell to it? Like remove spell from quest and add it to magic tech? How do I go from there?
What a tile said, at least should all spell in tech then said choice book of fire, or wind or cold or earth, if pick those one, then other will gray out and can't choice rather than a random? and more optian if player don't like this player should turn this off and able to reseach whole without limited player. Simple and more vaule of gameplay, replay.

Yes, it's very annyod and I rather build mage tower in order stop hurt finger every time I click it, it's annyod me they do that every 2 to 3 turn.
I vote fair, due reason spell are limited and Random limited of spell isn't good thing, it's almost like Random weapon, you can't had mace in that game but had a sword, next game you can't had sword but mace, it's not good for one who playing mage who like choice many way, it's too limited to nothing, so mage had to be fighter most of part, due limited mana, ect...City limited too, it's seem I even can't build garden unless I pick garden level up, war of
I had no problem fighting lesser stack near boss, it's just try to kill boss for reward settle city is not worth it, and it's taken you near or after winning game to kill boss. if you beat or nearly beat all other a.i kingdom or empire, it's no point to fight this boss.
not full of new features, but I do like make faction more meanful and some new monster, but otherwise, they do remove and limited spell gameplay and way city build and level up. Yep, four element boss level, is crazy, not even your 12 to 17 level hero could solo this boss and for what? just settle a city there, its' not help too. You just had to win game to win this boss level so it's pointless to fight this boss of element.

readly? I though they are useless when my hero is so powerful slay whole army himself (should be mage but too weak and very very limited spell and mana so he end up as fighter) so I leave those in city and forgot them.

I think higher rank of city, more stronger militia, militia could get leather 3 level city and done reseached, 5 level city could had plate militia with very good (not had to be best) weapon and had a good resist spell. just a though. It's kind of annyod if monster raze your highest city to ground and unable to resettle that spot again, (reason it's could don't had a money to had army guard city and army had to be somewhere ect?)

well, what make me gave up this game, is limited choice of spell, should not depend on ramdom quest, and some spell missing from race. crash lot, but so far, no crash, that is good, still we hadn't got workshop to make our map, it's far better comfort than ramdom map.

No, I don't had "book of winds" tech in magic tech, I wonder it's had to do with "Enchanters" when you create a race or kingdom faction.
Personal, I would like a life bood add and more rank of book than one level, since there is no way start damage spell till fire 2 level and some spell like air 3 level to start out battle.
