Are you sure, because I just saw mage or archer attack because of clumsy even they are not in enemies's melee. But again I'm not sure about .912 but .91, .90 they do. if I recall.

Don't get me wrong, raze can be useful, and good, it's just depend on people way to play, if people don't seek settle city and want slow a.i down and a.i might not resettle, then this is useful, but if people want to resettle a better spot, this can be bad and raze seem not helping. I hope they don't removed raze, it's just I hope they add a optian of gameplay, whatever if raze city to ground, that ground is ruined or that ground heal overtime, or that ground go back
well, I did test this long ago while, you still clumsy even you are not in range of melee. you could be archer yet you still hit your ally or enemie if you don't had ally even you are not melee, but that was like in .91, .90, .86 but I'm not sure still problem in .912, not sure my memory where version, so I don't know but I knew, not only happan to melee but also this happan when you are not even in melee too. I don't know if bug or not. I would like to know if they fixe
or gave a milita in city stronger, maybe add defense, they don't had a defense at all even its 5 level city and did reseached leather and armor.

To be fair, mage is crap, I mean mana are very limited in early of game, make hard to level up, while warrior don't worry very much about mana but a healing as need to be. so warrior fight endless as long armor, dogle, high attack, and high int speed, no problem and sole, and it's level up fast as soon as allow while mage had to stay in city and wait for mana and not much of damage spell in all first level, fire first level you had to get close to enemie to use it. but end up dan
Yes, other reason I don't like random, there is game most I don't get that birth of summer, most of time, but few case yes, as for earth, it's rare for me as well since I'm playing mightly warrior. well, mightly warrior is far better than mage of earth or any of spell that matter.
If attract monster, yes if that monster raze city in first place, that would be cool, but real reason of raze can be good or bad, good if you raze a.i city and a.i can't resettle city that close to you, but bad if you want to settle a city much better spot than a.i do. hmmm yes, on and off would be nice for this matter of case.

Ok, not sure, I test it and did put core improvements in user's mod, set localdateonly, use mod in game optian, odd is that I look at reseaching there is building are two time, that when I reseach those tech that had two same building, crash, I guess game don't think two file together and use one file override other core file.

I think most monsters sit on lairs so player might not loot easy without fight, I think that's why they try to do that.
