Started yesterday at 7 PM...returned in the reality at midnight when my cat started asking for food.. (and realised that I skipped my own dinner!) Good job! Now is a great game!

The enemy entered in my territory two turn before building the city, and the foreign relation screen told me that is Neutral. Even if was not neutral, it will not allowed to build a city in my territory.
