Quoting yarodin, reply 4 I find those tabs on the right upper corner far more interesting. Seems that you'll be able to research more than one tech at a time but multiple, coming from 3 different trees. Are you talking about the research screen in the "Founder's Vault?" If so, it looks to me like we can only research one tech at a time. The tabs in the upper right corner are within a box labeled "Available Te

The screenshot illustrates below illustrates a suggestion on how I think the pathfinding could be further improved. My champion Ralle is escorting a new city location. Ralle doesn't like to get wet in the attempt of wading through a river. Instead he wants to walk all the way around the river, through the spooky woods, and past hungry Mr. Bear. It's estimated to take 3 more seasons to get there. <span style="t
I'm basically at the end of Classic Ironman. I lost everything I had on the base defense mission, except for the DLC hero who survived with 2 HP and had to solo the last Elite Muton, 2 Sectoid Commanders, an Ethereal, and a Cyberdisk! I couldn't find the last sectoid commander at the end I had 5 hp. I jumped down some steps and the punk was ready in overwatch. That shaved off 3 hp. I blasted that sucker in the face and yelled THAT'S XCOM BABY!!!
In this scenario Curgen's hands down. 6 Initiative 1.15 damage bonus (crit, crit dmg) does not make up for a 44 attack difference, crushing blow (+100% attack), + bash (1% chance to knock prone per 1 point of damage) by any stretch of the imagination. Then I realized Primal was joking but since I did all the math I'm posting this dammit.
Thalan maybe. Kinda looks bug ish. Ok thats a stretch but thats what it seems like it could be to me.

I use my champions like my flagship in GalCiv. Early game they are running around scouting and grabbing anything not nailed down. Once they have a horse they can run around draw out monsters from their camp and loot the camp to grab some decent gear.I try and throw them unit or 2 if I can from summons or bound elementals. Generally picking fights carefully I can get them up to a decent level. Once cities are built up and have a stable economy I'm usually running around with a ton of gear.
I've used Pioneers many times to tank encounters. I've had a few battles where just taking a couple hits off my sov was enough to save the battle. Too bad a level 2 pioneer does not start a level 2 city :D
Weak is useful considering the player creates all their units. Scouts are strategic level units only. The penalties I thought of only would affect the tactical layer. Explorer, Stealth, Staff explorer units are a bit too expensive at moment for a critical part of the game where production queues are extremely tied up.
I actually just put in a refund request for it this morning. I played it last night and did not enjoy it that much. The performance is pretty bad on multiplayer matches. The load times were terrible (5 min). The engagement zone seemed way to small. In the F35 I had to just about constantly turn to avoid running off the map. It also just did not seem that much fun to me. I might pick it up later after it's been patch
The people who are getting attacked, are you having non-stealthy units in the group being attacked?
No my last game game I lost single 4 single unit armies that were nothing but Scout units with Weak, Explorer and Stealthy. Maybe the whole group has to have the stealthy trait in order for it to work?
If you have a bunch of Aragorns and Legolas's movi
You have to be selective. Pay attention to the levels. Use the indicator to determine if you should fight them. If your army is "weak" then fight "weak" enemies...etc. Wolves and bears can wreck ya. Bandits and "roaches" (sorry drawing a blank they look like roaches from Starcraft) will do a ton of damage to your army. Mites and Darklings are free pickings. Use your sovereign to take some hits. The tactical battle is really well done the monster AI can sometimes do stupid s
Lol for the aircraft haha. Although I just realized the engagement zone is TINY.
Might have to try more tomorrow. I'm starting to wish I had a flight stick. I might need to dig out my XBOX controller out of storage.
I think it just rolls probability on whether or not the ai will pursue ya. I've seen it will "sometimes" not attack. It seems like 25%.
Big pimpin in a 07 Ford Taurus son. I'm still rocking the cassette player. Bringing it old school. Now if I could only find my McHammer tape...
Alright here we go. My handle should be Illauna
Alright, alright, I'll buy it. Pull my arm why don't ya. Heading to Target.
Yeah, the days were we gamers were outcast of society and before it went mainstream. :D
I'm not sure if the internet has anything to do with it. Haters are everywhere. At my first job during my orientation I had a manager tell me to start building my reputation early. 6 years later this same manager attempted to smear my reputation. His x-wife was my best friend and they had a messy breakup. I was let go after 6 years of employment, I did not question why, I basically grabbed my things and never looked back. I ran into my former general manager, who had

Yeah, and roads are dangerous as hell now. Never know when just outside the fog of war a dragon is setting on the road ready to eat your face.

Was the monster AI tweaked in 1.5 or was that 1.4. I can't remember, but the world map is a lot more dangerous now. I never liked how the AI would not attack unless you stayed in attack range for 2 turns. Some areas are actually closed off until you have an army now.
I just got a hold of an old P4 machine. I don't think the person that gave it away could not understand the excitement I have for this thing. I just hope it's slow enough to run Warcraft 2 not at warp speed. Otherwise, it will be nice to play KOTOR and KOTOR2 without spending a week trying to get the game to run on Windows 7. I've been able to get KOTOR to run most of the time but KOTOR2 is a pain. Also, I tried GalCiv1. I didn't spend too much time with it but I could not get
