Mozo post your debug.err and dump files. Stardock will need these to find the problem.
Illauna
The assassination line makes bows decent. But yes they need some upgrades. I am thinking about tackling this one. I've been wanting to start modding. I've done some simple stuff. I think the game needs more bows and a few with interesting but not overpowered special abilities.
/facepalm There is only 3 reports. Undead is unplayable for AI- probably by design transparency issue - The zoomed in *citizens* (not units) for undead are Trogs not Undead. I can't log into the game right now but someone confirm if you create a Kingdom Undead it will likely be Human citizens. Very minor issues. It's a great experience and well worth the $5.00
You can create your own factions. Whats wrong with the DLC. It works fine.
Get GPU-z and see if your 3d card is kicking in when the game launches. You may need to configure it to do the switch.
It's only the Pier improvements. The pier (rank 2) has Gildar improvements too. Although they could probably do away with the Pier since the undead do not have to pay wages for their units.
No the undead units are being used. It's just a minor thing if you zoom all the way in to the city you will see Trogs instead of undead citizens. It's not a bug or anything it's more of a immersion bit.
I thought that tower of dominion and such didnt work for the dead. How does death shards help?
There is a city enchantment that will add 1 population per death shard. Yes tower of dominion does work. It adds 1 flat growth bonus not food bonus.
How do you make city number 2 to x to grow. If you raze something then your capital gets a boost. Will there ever be enough humanoids around to make your other cities grow?
There are growth modifiers (tower of dominion) and spells to help with the growth. Depending on the death shards you fine this faction could be best fastest growing faction after the early game. It takes a new way of thinking for the early game though.
You only need enough RAM to prevent your pc from paging. After 8gb you will see diminishing returns for each gb that you spend on RAM. However, if you are the type to multi task applications (I run Excel while I play, itunes, unity3d and monodevelop for side projects) then you can't have enough.
When did you start the game. I havent had many of these crashes myself since games I created in 1.3. Games older then that though crashed like crazy. Problem with patching is some of the older games are not compatible with newer patches (this is generic problem with saves across all games)
...Get it from Stardock or Steam...I'm curious which puts more $ into Stardock's pocket -- buying from SD or Steam (or is it the same)? Logic says 'from SD' but logic isn't always the final word. As these DLC are funding Elemental patches/upgrades/expansions/etc. I'd like to maximize the effect. Steam just hit 65 gazillion users and so is doing 'just fine thank you'.
Yeah it's neat. Your cities don't grow naturally as undead. You have to kill your future subjects. *edit* The tower improvement does still add 1 growth.
Really?!? I hope your trolling lol.
It sorta works on the world map. Depending on how you pivot the camera the quiver will either be hidden or fully visible.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/7ibbqeo2jvsuori/Quiver.png If this never changes no biggie. The sov is a see through banshee. Yes, the quiver for my bow is hidden by my sov's body.
I think the Undead cities should be run by Undead [e digicons]x_x[/e] Instead of Trogs. *edit* Think dead smily is more appropriate
Your computer has better specs then my laptop and it mine runs just fine. Also 20 fps isnt terrible from a laptop standpoint. How are your power settings configured. I play on high performance plugged into power with a decent fan underneath. Check your graphic options. Shadows are expensive performance wise on laptops so turn them off. Tinker with the other display options. Also make sure you have 1.4 installed like Frogboy suggested.
Stardock I was able to get the game to crash with this save game. I attacked the city Northwest of Sewel the Shining. I won the battle cl icked end turn and the game froze.
Quoting Illauna, reply 46. Go into unit details and hover over the debuff it will tell you how long remains. Does this work for immobilized heroes who have been killed? My personal gripe is that although it shows how long you are immobilized on the strategic map if you hover over a unit, this doesn't work if your hero has been killed and moved to the nearest town. I have suggested this as an improvement for th
I got Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes a few weeks back during the steam sale, and I've been playing it way more than is healthy for me. There were however certain UI aspects of it that annoys me. So I present a number of (hopefully simple) Quality of Life suggestions: 1) When Auto-Select Next Unit is set, the view shouldn't move to the next unit while there are still things happening relating to that unit (e.g. they got an item, or you're going thr
AOE spells can damage your own units except the caster. Which is why you would want to reduce the range in some situations. As for wording please post your preferred way of wording the tool tip for Stardock to consider making the changes.
https://forums.elementalgame.com/447542/page/1/ Can you post your save game, debug.err, and crash dump file using the process above? It will help Stardock or someone on the forum to try and replicate the problem.
