MoM didn't have hexes and no one ever has complained in these boards about it, despite being greatly acclaimed by many of the forum users.
Why aren't tutorials like scenarios? You want to learn about city creation and first steps in city building? An scenario for that. Want a more advanced tutorial about it? (pioneers) Then another scenario just for that. Something like that would also make it easier to update the "tutorial" as new things are added/tweaked. When I want to load/save a tile in the Workshop, it would be very nice to have a bigger screen to scroll in so I can see more tiles in less time... and/or a text input to filter tiles shown. Er... Did you notice that if you create a custom faction the only way to delete it is to actually exit the game and delete manually the XML file? Because if I can delete in game my custom Sovereigns (for those who noticed how), why not factions? I don't think it's something crazy to ask for it to have been there by default.
