O well first there is no cook who can cook food that everybody likes.. So I bet that no game can please everybody. After I said that, I would like to point out that criticism is good. IF its well argumented and has a goal to make things better. So just saying things are bad doesnt help. And telling people to drop dead also does not help. I personally like to read discussions about the system, but Stardock wants to create a product that appeals to

Also be aware that if people are not happy with the setup and balance of the game, that after the crashes have been fixed the game is fully modifiable.. So stop complaining then and build what you want,,,,,, [e digicons]O:)[/e]

Sounds like a mod to me. [e digicons][/e] So who creates the following mods 1) Realistic armour for women 2) Non realistic but very nice to watch armour for women I have a feeling that mod 2 will be more popular...

O well. Based on what I see at the moment I think personally that everything will be ok in the long run. And that will be proven when I buy the additions. [e digicons]:-"[/e] One suggestion that I would make technical that is. Is that error reports should be a one click event and upload. So no more dependency on dropbox. Make a application that uses the UID and Password and upload all the info needed. That would generate more info from people who are non technical By pushing

I loved to watch the memory grow on my 64 bit windows 7 :-) Also the glitches like if you change your mind about increasing a stat after leveling, then you reduce and your unable to add it anywhere else. Yeah very painfull. BUT it also showed little gems that started to grow over the beta's that made me happy.

Well maybe you could buy units or people for it. Using it to bleed the other player dry because it represents diplomatic influence / reputation. That also means that you can give penalties for actions. And maybe a negative value can not be used to buy.. but could be used as a fear factor.

Well if you slay a lot of dragons you can be a famous dragonslayer.. Inspiring your troops. If you are a hugely infamous mage it would make your enemies fear you.. We could give other bonuses based on it. Also we could make quests that add or deduct fame.. Fame could also increase the influx of people to cities where the famous person stays..

What I would add is a history page of the quests you and your heroes did. And a option to view the quests that you accepted and when they expire. Also for some quests a expiry date.. So you get the message "Your too late !!! The darklings have killed everybody in place X .. and moved on.."

I did also fight for the armour and did win.The armour was so powerful that the game crashed.. With autoresolve everything works fine. Some other did the same. (No specifics) Always at the end of tactical battle. After alt tab dx error.

Well in my test game after civ research level 3 all research stopped giving, I could change and would see the turns count down but it would change to the next research level without any results. It seemed to be the case for all of the AI as well because I bashed them and non of them had new types of troops. All basics stuff..

If you want to build a city the icon on the pioneer always says 0 guildar.. Well I still have to pay so he cheats !!! [e digicons]}:)[/e]

I levelled in a tactical battle. Then it showed the select the stats screen so I could upgrade. But the mouse pointer icon was still the icon of strategic battle movement and everything was grayed out. Alt tab made it fail with a directx error. So it seems that the pointer was still in strategic mood ;-)

Well fort and tower spamming can be easely be prevented by making it costly. After all forts normally make no money except border forts where there is trade.. Also you can make them small at first so you have to invest to get them bigger. So you can have a lot of small watchtowers. But citadels would be very expensive to maintain.. And maybe simple watchtowers could be made of wood.. Cheap and burnable..

Just for the record I can create wiki's but I think it would be more practical if it would be a part of the elemental environment. Also with the same user id and passwords of the forum users. Because then you can have your mods uploaded to the site and all the documentation in the wiki. Also because its part of the site you can give personal pages that can only be edited by the owners. Yes I am aware that the idea behind wiki's is that they are public.. but that is not always

Maybe it should be able to give a focus to a alliance, so you can create multiple of them. Like a alliance against a player, a alliance for mutual defence, a alliance to get rid of monsters etc etc etc. A alliance to conquer the world... Or a alliance to change all living beings in undead... or spread our supreme religion,,,

I dont know if its already suggested so I just post it. A wiki would enable people to create contend about modding and share solutions to benefit the community.

Well we are a magical force so you dont have to kill the other guy/girl if he/she could do good things for you.... right ??? So why not a whole bunch of spells that do that. like charm or mindcontrol. If the soldiers/heroes are under control of a spell you should also be able to undo the spell.. So you get a whole lot of take over games. About converting.. If I would be a evil wizard I could also opt for coverting those poor souls into a undead/monster army and

My remark about monster spawning was based on "Normal" monsters :-) It could actually attract some other nasties as dragons when you store gold there [e digicons]}:)[/e] or when its near a gem mine. But my most interest would be fog of war remove and garrison, and maybe a country border so you can see what your lands are. Also it would be nice to be able to build signs :) So you can place

No I was suggesting to build them outside your territory to lift the fog of war and to have a place to garrison your troops on the border. They are cheaper then building cities but only would give you.. line of sight and maybe a zone of control. In game terms they could also prevent the spawning of monsters in the zone of control. ;-) Castles used to be used to control the lands and collect taxes.

My idea was (if somebody else has not suggested it.) To use fortresses and towers to show the boundaries of your lands. But also they could be used to prevent (common) monsters to spawn. Because the area around a fort is civilized. I thought about it because in most countries castles/fortresses were used to control the lands and to house the garrisons. They could also add a bonus to some resources and cost money for maintenance.
