[.92] [Bug] Unable to upgrade stats after tactical battle

I levelled in a tactical battle. Then it showed the select the stats screen so I could upgrade. But the mouse pointer icon was still the icon of strategic battle movement and everything was grayed out.

Alt tab made it fail with a directx error. So it seems that the pointer was still in strategic mood
