I think Brad may have mentioned this. Suggestion: Allow Pioneers to build beacons on mountains (with some later tech) with big visibility ranges. Also give watchtowers on hills bigger ranges

They are reopening it. So that means everyone. Do note though that you will be charged as soon as you download (so people don't sneak a free game before cancelling their order). Soren got nicked by Maxis to try and get some proper gameplay into Spore. Even he couldn't manage that.

Not very helpful... which game for a start (you're posting in a shared forum)? I asume it is Sins, which is most definitely not broken. If 'its been fun' your not going to get a refund.

With this post (and with your others), it helps the devs enourmously if you post the debug file (created every time you close the game or it crashes - i think it is overwritten each time so you may not have it for this one anymore). I suspect he was simply being told exactly what to say by someone in the tower. Don't really see the problem, you can tell from the pilots' responses that they knew roughly what was going on.

The orb reminds me a bit of the Orb of Aldur from David Eddings' Belgariad.

Did you have Impulse open when this happened? I seem to remember a crash if I opened Elemental then closed Impulse

IMO the fact that consoles are now as graphically powerful means that console ports are selling less. Which means that games that could be on a console generally are. But there are still some games (like a certain fantasy TBS) that cannot be on console. I can't see these struggling.
