The only problem with this is that it would be incompatible with the 'extend the world' idea. In terms of a fantasy game, I think it would be more suited to a flat world, simply because in general fantasy lore, there is always an unknown land beyond the known world (see Lord of the Rings, Narnia etc). I'm more in favour of extend the world, but it would be hard to implement
It had to happen.. The Frogboy appreciation society! [e digicons]:)[/e] Which other boss of a games company is an active poster on game forums, always appears with the information when you want or need it, and runs a company producing and publishing great games and alike with no anti-customer DRM or alike, and also happens to be a great AI programmer. Oh and he's giving us frequent journals on a game thats not out for over

On the elemental site the forums link is in grey as if the link doesn't exist yet (although the link does work) unlike all the other tabs, which are white. First bug report for Elemental [e digicons][/e] and we are six months from the beta. Do I get a prize? [e digicons]O:)[/e]
To give a comparison, Empire Total War was announced September 07 or there abouts, 18 months before its release next year. Elemental was announced this month, approx 16 months before planned release date (I won't tempt fate by asking how final that date is [e digicons]:X[/e] ) As for Starcraft 2, it was announced 18 months ago and will probably be out sometime in the next century if we are being optimistic. Basically a developer announ
As far as the game goes, I guess I'll wait for more info. The idea looks very interesting, particularly the mod broadcasting.
Definitely. Let SD do their thing and wait expectantly for the release (and the betas of course)
