I just saw this item today for the first time... I think they must be sneaking in some new stuff via XML while we're sleeping. I also liked how this weapon had a quote on the description. P.S. I don't think the weapon is OP'ed.. You got lucky and found a weapon that matched the shard types you had. That won't happen every game. Besides, it is fun to find OP'ed stuff from time to time. Don't forget the other guys are fin
Trojasmic
I hope they give each hero a polish pass and I believe they will. Each hero should have something unique... a unique spell or ability, a unique companion, or a unique item...
I saw something similar. The AI is not seeing all the goodie huts/lairs, etc., as it should.
I don't want the ability to kill friendly champions and I don't think there are too many around. I play on the higher levels and the AI usually beats me to them or kills them before I get them. I usually only end up with 3 or 4. I would like there to be a % chance of champions coming to us and offering their services like Master of Magic or Master of Orion.
3/3/3? CTRL-N.
Didn't we have essence during the WOM beta? It was used by the sovereign to create cities and imbue heroes. This is NOT that essence.
My guess is that materials will now be applied to build times for non-magic buildings and non-magic troops. Essence will be applied to build times for magic buildings and magic troops. Who's with me?
It took me four tries on expert with Yithril, but I'm finally rolling now. http://www.mediafire.com/?meud1j57pzpx8rj Instead of one super sovereign, I decided I was going to need two! So here is Verga and his twin brother Craul. And there's really nothing special about these guys, but they had some good armies with them. Verga had juggernauts and Craul had all the non-Juggernauts I managed to kee
Remember it's easy to turn dynasties back on in FE... maybe one of the smart guys can remind us how to do that.
I would click on a banner advertising the Gal Civ 2 bundle for 50% off.

Would you settle for a compromise? I like the single queue... makes you think, plan, and squirm. What if we could move things around in the queue w/o penalty? 10 more turns for that almshouse that i've already been building for 20 turns, but i could really use a pioneer right now... no problem... move the pioneer forward, then pickup where you left off making that almshouse.
Here's hoping for a Beta 5 for polishing... game needs lots of polish.
You had me at "fortify is not working".
"Say hello to my little friend..."
I know. I love giving developers a hard time. Here's a list of a few things to tease developers about: 1) developers never write buggy code (it's working as designed) 2) developer estimate are always spot on (just add two months) 3) developers design near-perfect UI ... it's so easy for them to use (even tho the rest of the world can't)
I'm getting this too... Annoying! Please don't introduce new bugs when we fix old ones.
Here's an annoying pathfinding bug for you. I've found that if I have two armies on a road, one army will step off the road and try to move around the other army thus losing its movement points. If I move manually, I can move through the other army and stay on the road.
I'm really surprised by the concurrence on 1-tile cities. I thought for sure a group like this would go for the more creative (not done in other games) approach that we have today. P.S. Lantros, you are so boring! :-)
I've also seen the AI casting tremor on each other so maybe they are using strategic spells.
