I'm having an issue in Legendary Heroes where the mouse will slowly move by itself to the left or down the screen. Anybody seen that issue before? I don't have this issue in any other game.
Trojasmic
Awesome thanks! Now how about spending some serious development cycles on FE:LH 2.0? This is best game Stardock ever made in my opinion.
i get the disappearing borders bug all the time too.
Okay, I won the battle against Morian, Ruin of Summer, but he wasn't actually in the battle only his minions were. Hmmmm. What happened there?
Fired up the update and was quickly reminded of how much better this game is than SK. I wish you guys would have thrown all those resources behind this game instead of that one. ARGH!!!
For the record, I'm seeing much better performance on my laptop with this update... I was about ready to ask for money back earlier this week. [e digicons]#:([/e]
I have fond memories of the dynasty system, minor civilizations, and wandering heroes, but everything else about that game stink, stank, stunk! A little tweak here and a little tweak there will not fix this game. It took you three years to fix EWOM the first time (FE then LH). Are you planning on starting from LH then adding back in the dynasty system and minor civilizations, etc? If so, that might work. If you're planning on fixing EWOM by startin
I'm just pissed you didn't put this kind of UI on LH!
I once took over Deorcynsse on turn 20. It's usually poorly defended and you can maneuver around the stuff walking around especially if you're playing Tarth or somebody like that.
I still remember the good ol' days when everything on the internet was true.
I reported that bug 5 months ago and supposedly parrottmath fixed it. Is that bug back or did it never leave? https://forums.elementalgame.com/444424/page/1/#3358707
Hi So i made it not as fast as you other guys as i didnt think it was a speedtest. Hey PS, try our Game-of-the-Month series... just to back up what Fallenchar has said, I did the first one in 159 turns and the second one in 116 turns. GOTM 1: https://forums.elementalgame.com/448337 GOTM 2: https://forums.elementalgame.com/448650
Nice job Justamo! I was thinking the same thing about the AI. I was surprised about how passive it was in this game. I hope Brad/Derek/Stardock people give these games a try. It would be fun to see what the "experts" have to say.
Just finished GOTM2 in 116 turns (score isn't very high tho). I'm thinking it can be done in less than 100 turns. Here's what I did and would differently so maybe you guys can try this: SPOLIER ALERT Used Magnar to summon skeletal hordes and cull the weak on them for lots of mana Upgraded traits to Death Level 5 for Kill spell to use in Master Quest <l
A few of us would like to try a GAME-OF-THE-MONTH format where we all play the same game, share experiences, strategies, have some fun, and see who can win the victory condition by the earliest turn. The ground rules are: - play by honor system (no cheats) - do not use pioneer-bank exploit - do not load from autosave unless you crash We will try different factions, victory conditions, map types, difficulty levels, etc. The second game-of-the-m
No sorry, Trojasmic, I was disheartened after my first try and couldn't find the time to try again. Maybe a little bit of my own opinion here: If the challenge would be easier it would attract more casual players like me. Of course that would be boring for veterans like you and those other players here, but if you could do an easy and a hard challenge per month? Make more challenges on different difficulties to a
Does anybody else have a game they'd like to turn in or report on here? I'll be posting our next game-of-the-month later today.
You need to make their units go "pop" before they can swing the maces at you. Hopefully, you either have ice + fire mages, a fireball hero, or a blizzard hero by now. If not, maybe you need to start over and let's look at getting to those things faster.
For me, it depends on a lot of different factors. I like first-city fortresses to use as pioneer pumps, but it also depends on the faction I'm playing. If I'm playing a faction that's going to need a lot of mana, I might consider making it a conclave. If I plan on building lots of units or playing a money-intensive faction like Altar, then I would strongly consider making this first city a town especially if it's near a river.
I won't hold my breath, but I would like the following fixed in this release: erroneous movement point counts pathing algorithm takes you around an opponent's territory. it should go through an opponent's territory if that is the shortest path. AI can end up on the same tile during tactical battles
Quoting Trojasmic, reply 25 We already have a "Slam" ability ... it's called "Bash". Shouldn't "Slam" do something different like divide army stack into separate single-unit armies or throws army into another adjacent army causing first army's attack damage into second army?!? I read it like Bash is an active ability (the mob/user uses it and activates a cooldown). Slam is a passive effect.
By the way, I'm planning on doing Magnar for our next Game-of-the-Month to start in few days from now. You should play!
Both would Summon Skeletal Horde, then both would Cull the 18 units created by the spell. 18 units x 20 mana = 360 mana (-90 to cast 2 x Skeletal Summon Horde) = potentially +270 mana every battle. You could also Summon Skeleton (0 mana cost) then Cull them for +40 more mana. Even if you had a retinue of 8 slave armies, the most you could get from one battle would be 8 x 20 = 160 mana. Does that all make sense?
