i heard steam refused to sell star ruler because it was too similar to another game on steam....which ever game that is....i dont know it. which is complete nonsense if you look at the amount of games on there anyway.

In my new 1.05 (and maybe earlier cause i didnt pay attention) game, the game tells me that i get ~54 gold per turn, but in fact it only adds ~28 per turn. Also, 2 caravans got stuck on my capital, one is an established standing on my city centre and another is a caravan unit trying to move onto there. both are from other empires. and both refuse to move, probably because they try to move to the tile where the other stands. this basicly stops anyone (including m

i have definitly encountered a case in the civ-fanatics forum where two ppl got the same seed and therefore the same landmass. civ4 may have maps scripts, but i did and may still use seeded maps in some cases.

I wonder if anyone noticed: an Ai player asks you to make a trade or a treaty in a dialoge but then it just take you to the normal diplomacy window. i would have thought they are trying to propose a deal but no suggestion is ever made.

i agree that the equitment is too expensive. and its not like they could compete with a stack of soldiers even if they had the same stuff. the only way chamions are better than regular units is by either finding quest weapons or by spells. which reminds me that te magic armor and attack enchantment spells are quite uselss. i mean 2 attack and 2 defense might matter at the beginning of the game but later they are a waste of enchantment slots. enchentmants (and summons) need to

I am having some serious problems with the mouse cursor in the game. it is quite inaccurate when trying to click on a tile. often some tile behind or in front of the one i clicked will be selected. Also, there should be more visual feedback what your click is going to do. i dont like, for example, that the cursor does not look different when in the UI in tactival combat. it also should turn into a "cannot attack" icon when hovering over an enemy out of range. In fact, +x% hit chance can be more confusing. for example: your chance to hit is 80% and you recieve a bonus of +20%. is you total hit chance 100%(80+20) or 96%(80*1.20) or 84% (1-20*0.8)?

I started a game as new pariden and while they start with a settlement, your sovereign can still "found a kingdom" and the your second city(capital) will still cost 100 gildar and 1 gildar per turn maintaince. So while you basicly start with 2 citys instead of one, i dont see any reduction in the costs of the second city.

Lol i dont know what you think is wrong with the cutscene in AC, it certainly had the best ones i have ever seen in a game. Not that the artwork was that great, but i simply loved the humorous to philosophical comments in them and everything fitted so well together.
