[0.92] wolf "brigand" attacks familar in tactical combat, infinty loop

So a brigand looking like a wolf attacked my wolf familiar in tactival combat and they wont stop the attack aniamtion and new text floats are apparing all the time. so the enemy turn wont end.

i just tabbed back into the game and it ctds with a "DX error" with no dmp file being created.
