Wow, detailed.

Providing more freedom to build would be nice. Personally, I'd like to be able to have my city just keep growing to swallow up an entire island...or multiple cities growing together to form a continuous city. Sure it's fantasy, not sci-fi, but I dislike the very artificial limit of space.
I'd like to be able to see this too.
I think the equipment system definitely needs an overhaul, having different items provide different bonuses rather than just ever-increasing bonuses with one kind of armor/weapon always 'best' is just boring IMO. Let Spears have different qualities than Swords, and Axes. Have Shields and Armor be different, have their be an advantage to L
Love this idea.
Both Civ 4 and the Total War games had varied types of trade resources, Elemental could do well to have the same. I'd like to seem ore variety all the game over, though, so I'll always support things like this.
I had this problem too, and I support this idea.
Right now mounted units definitely need some love. Having Horses/Wargs just be a flat +1 movement bonus sucks.
I agree with all of these suggestions, I was thinking the same thing while playing with the tactical battles. There needs to be more information.
Starting up in a formation ready to fight would be appreciated, maybe not if you get ambushed...but...more complex tactics is always something I favor.
I like the idea of being able to guard trade routes or send random patrols through my land. I think I saw a similar idea elsewhere for having patrols that detect bandits and random monsters because the territories could become large and move past your range of vision.
More complex diplomacy is always a good thing.
It'd certainly be nice to see more varied cities, but it's by no means necessary. Still...I'd like to be able to visually distinguish my different cities from each other.
Wow, I like it. Oddly enough, I like quite a bit of the things I saw early before Beta was open and malign what happened to so many awesome features. :P
I have the same problem. I know the spell, I have the Mana necessary to cast it...but I can't cast any spells during the tactical battles.
Agree wholeheartedly. I'm hoping for some more last-minute polish.
I have to say with what the Devs trotted out about a complex Dynasty System along the likes of A Song Of Ice and Fire...so-far the dynasty and family system is rather lackuster and could use a /lot/ of love before release. Most things could.
I agree there definitely needs to be more customization...hopefully the modding part will give us that. As for time, yeah, I agree. I fear there may not be enough time for this game to be as good as it can be if they rush it out the door, but I'm sure Stardock knows what they're doing...I hope.
Same deal with me too.
Details of the list aren't really important, to be honest. I was just tossing out ideas...mostly because I feel the Civ Creation is a little bit inflexible at the moment. I am not a professional game designer. :P
I agree with all of these points.
When I said 'Tribal Forest Dwellers' what I was thinking of was 'Wood Elves' but knowing that Elves don't exist in Elemental's World, I offered a counterfeit substitution but with the same image in my head. Bows, leaves, leather armor, green cloaks. Yay cliches. <span style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size:
I like this, but I'd suggest that you have to spend your 2 Attribute points in two separate areas. Also that if Essence goes up automatically (Which I like) that you can't spend points to raise Essence.
Agree wholeheartedly.
I support this, the FOW is a little too thick and close It needs to back off and get lighter.
