As of now this is working as designed. You can install the snaking mod to change this mechanic.

There was an update in another thread that said it got bumped a week.
Btw, totally agree and hope the modding support and means of modding are improved dramatically!
Four fucking wheels?
They've been forecasting the end of PC gaming for over 15-20 years at least now. They always seem to forget, everything they can do with the next "it" thing, can always be done better by a desktop PC.
I could be wrong, but I think Heavenfall's point was, it is our (the customers) fault because we keep buying games with these damn DRM methods. The only way to really stop companies from putting those invasive types of DRM in, is to NOT buy the game at all! I apologize to HF if that was not his point, nonetheless it is my opinion.
Excellent news about Soren. I really hope Kael and Frogboy have a good talk with Soren about how to tighten up the strategic game in FE/LH. IMO Civ 4 is the gold standard on how to balance the various strategic trade offs, particularly expansion vs vertical growth and military vs economy (not quite as dominant at the latter but still excellent).
Think Frogboy said that Soren is on a non-announced game, not on FE/LH at all. Altho
Think of a stamp as a pre-made puzzle piece. the random map generator uses these to make full size maps.
New scenario bug. When completing last of the four initial techs available, it brings you to the screen to choose your next tech. At this point the game doesn't you to do anything. Can't hit any buttons, Esc key doesn't do anything. Had to go to task manager and kill the FE process.
Wow! Welcome to Soren!
I agree with this point. Heroes of Might and Magic 6 also did away with the random choices that all the previous versions had, and I miss the random choices. I also like the random choices in FE when your Hero levels up. It's like Christmas! Let's see what Derek Claus brought me. Or having to decide between an early pick of Potential X and that level up you really want but might not be there next time.
I'm with you on
FYI, there is no "real" turn limit. It just stops keeping score, you can keep playing after the turn limit hits.
Thanks! Lol at myself, I preordered the game a full year before release Items: Elemental [Pre-Order] (Digital Download) Order Date: Thursday, September 17, 2009 Yeah, I think I qualify
LOL, yep, I'd say so. Same day as me also, was probably the first day it was available to pre-order.
1. How can I check the date of my E:WoM purchase? I think it was a preorder, but I can't be sure...
Go to stardock website, login, and go to account section. There should be a link to "My Orders" in there. That'll give you what you are looking for, as long as you purchased through stardock of course.
2. When is LH getting released? Also, anyone kno
Agreed. Tireless March should not stack.
Please!
Up to date for 1.3
Update anything, or just confirming that it is compatible? Haven't seen any issues myself.
Awesome! So now is the push on for the LH beta!?
As far as buying it goes, if you already have FE, it will cost 19.99, if you don't, then it's 39.99. The 39.99 also includes FE as well, so if you don't have it it may be best to wait. UNLESS, you buy FE on steam now, it's on sale at 66% off as part of a Midweek sale, so it's at 13.59, later add on the LH for 19.99 and you'll spend 33.58 total for both. Note, this will only do you any good if you are ok with using Steam.
Totally the factions for me, then probably the monsters.
Think he is saying he wants each town to generate a certain type of tech, as in towns would generate civic research, fortresses would generate warfare research, and conclaves would generate magic research, for example. That sounds like you'd be researching 3 techs at a time this way, and I have no idea if that is hard-coded or not. Seems like it would be.
And the beta seems only available to WoM pre-purchasers.
As far as I know, us WoM pre-purchasers still don't have access yet either.
On mounted troops escorting a couple of heroes with tireless march...
I think that tireless march is the problem with Charge. IMO, Tireless March is completely overpowered, it shouldn't stack and shouldn't transfer to tactical. Take that out and Charge jumps in desirability quite a bit.
P.S. hey, my account on this forum is 12 years old and this is actually my first post...
Wow! That is one hell of a posting pace!
Those 2 are still in there; you just have to make a custom sovereign for them. No modding required. I'm no modder and they show up in most of my games.
Shit, I never realized that. Gonna have to make a couple more sovereigns pronto. It'll be good to get a bit more variety.
Btw, do you have any other recommendations for good mods like Stormworld. I like stormworld, but I would also like the play the original factions. For example I would like to play an assassin faction like Tarth and I do not know which one is familiar with Tarth in Stromworld. Edit: Seems I'm going to try the immersion mod. Like the huge epic armies and if that does not go well, then try patch 1.29
May want to give Maste
