Try letting go of what you remember from War of Magic, and experience FE in "new eyes"... More gamers should experience new games in "New eyes"
Strong in the force, this one is. In regards to Strength, Dex, Con, etc.. those things are from the first game. Users/players don't get to see/feel those stats. Things like Attack, Defence, Dodge, etc. yes you can see those. Any reference to St

Yes. With xml. The easy way would be to swap out whatever weapon he has in tags with your choice from coreweapons.xml (located in game's english / data folders ) . You can make your own weapons as well if you want to check "use mods" and then can save all kinds of stuff in your mods directory. I prefer to do it that way than modify my core files. So when I uncheck "use mods" I've got clean vanilla game again.&nb
mod work put on hiatus to A) play the release and B) get acquainted with the mod tools released. I may be inclined to revive this project, only question is when.
Dang beauracrats always skimming from the top.
Settleable tiles should show up as numbers w/o pioneers. If they are not there's a box in options you can check that says "show tile yields"
Congratulations, Brad and Crew. You should get top billing! That's awesome.
You can get a scroll or item that will allow you to summon one for one fight.
I use Revo uninstaller which takes care of that. While I do not relish uninstalling everything, I guess I understand. Some pain now means hopefully none later.
I use Sumatra as well. I like it.
That is one sexy manual.
wow. interesting.
To answer your question, sovereign choices give you a bonus. They do not lock you out of taking things. However you do have a limited number of points in which to use.
I also believe in the vanilla that chainmail shouldn't have had a 100% bonus to cutting, in fact it weak against it in real life. Same for Plate vs Blunt. If someone wanted to make it so they took 100% more damage from those types, fine. But not double the armor rating basically against a type they should be weak against. I hope you would take up this issue. I like the idea of starting out with crude, having more tiers. Interesting.
ugh fail. I also messed up waterga somehow. back to drawing board.
I still hate Steam and all their evil ways. I also hated every draconian DRM I came across. Not to mention I have been hating on Firaxis and Civ ever since Civ was Steam Only. Even if you bought your copy from somewhere else.

Began work on elemental shield spells for white mage and rending spells for Black Mage. WM gets a flat 25% where the version I'm work on for BM gets 25 + 1/Level. Will be interesting to see if they A) work and B.) are any good. C) I get enraged and nerf buyable rings and cloaks with enormously high resist values.

After playing Civ 5 and noticing heat issues on my gaming laptop that cost me 3k...Im wondering what you have noticed on your rigs running this. I know there's a difference between laptops and desktops, but after Civ 5, im always trying to be aware of heat now. I still cant entirely figure out why that game runs so hot, but just wondering if you guys have noticed anything with the
That's good to know. Thanks. One thing I may take aim at is nerfing some of the penetration/ignores armor. Just seems way too high. Also the 100% immunity drives me nuts. Immune to crits, don't like that either. Right now I am adding in skills that have penetrate/ignore armor but with modest values like +10%. May look at nerfing the carry weight from knight/samurai. (from +20 to +10) They already had an increase from Path o
I agree that the hp thing makes them even weaker.
Inefficient is not that bad. I take it all the time. The penalty is only applied when the sovereign is actually in the city. My sovereign spends 99% of my time in the wilderness, thus I get no penalty for 99% of the game. I tested it out in a quick game in .992. I had a building requiring 11 more turns to finish with the sovereign in the city. It dropped to 8 when the sovereign l
I looked at your abilities some as well as compare that to what I had in mind and well. I came to the conclusion that these advanced jobs aren't for multi. They're so specialized for a task I think it would be OP to allow cross classing. But some jobs are in and of itself. Like Red mages have some white and black mage stuff. I could look and make sure there's at least 1 hybrid option. Update v.03 - tweak fie, fira, firaga spells to more inli
Awesomeness. Sheer awesome. Thanks HF !!
There's some nasty events out there that are invasions.
Uh. To answer the title. Galactic Civilzations 2 (also by Stardock ). Will FE unseat the champ ? Hard to tell. But I predict an epidemic of one more turn syndrome
