I see the game is on preorder on steam. Those of us who already own fallen enchantress thx to the more than fair and generous Frog Boy, do we get a steam key to activate the game in steam? The star dock key doens't work in steam.

Kroner? or Crowns? or Thaler ??
The only reason i still play CIV4 is because of (simultaneous) multiplayer, which i play regularly (once a month with 4friends). I've played many TBS multiplayer that didnt have simultaneous moves, but only rarely more than 2 people. civ3, age of wonders 1&2, heroes of might and magic 1&2&3&4&5, disciples 1&2 etc... The only reason i never played GalCiv2 much more than a month maybe two is because of
Neat idea. and very unorthodox. It will create some interesting choices along the way. But does that mean that all magic is "life" magic? all magic is hippie goody-two-shoes?
nice.... and this gives me the chance to applaud stardock for the wise decision to move away from the 5 types damage, 5 types shield approach that i thought was the 3. most tedious thing in an otherwise splendid game, galciv 2. much better to just leave it at arcane, fx. with the tag 'fire' to it. then someone like hellhounds get fireprotection, and murlocs get fire vulnerability. Actually hiddenrabbit has a good idea Thats one of the features that i loved the most about the wonderful game Alpha Centauri. Certain features where on the randonly generated map f.x. The Saragossa Sea etc. Certain tecs opened up more of the backgrouund story. Its kinda like the sandboxy feel of the diablo games (f.x. the butcher) where you either looked forward to discovering certain familiar places or feared and prepared for them. The experiences where then a common knowlegde betwe
Hmmmm... I only have one gripe. The black egdes around every object makes it look a tad bitmappy, or maybe like stickers on a frigde. The french diablo clone silver fall had the same cartoonish effect but to me it seemed like all objects where sort of not part of the enviroment.
im very close to agreeing on choosing apocalypse as my all time favorite as well. I just played through it again a couple of minths ago, and no other game has come even close to reproducing the same flow of battle.
