Buying unlock codes for DLC that's already on the disc seems annoying but it's actually good since it saves you bandwidth. This is very clever by Intel since they can now sell an I5 and you can upgrade it to an i7. I'll just get back to AMD but average Joe will probably pay up.
Meh, they can sell whatever they want. If people are dumb enough to pay for this it certainly deserves a facepalm, but the rest of us will move on.
Considering the Celestial Horse , I wouldn't be THAT surprised if people buy it. I'd definetly watch it!
Every time Darth Kotick is in the news I brace myself cause I have a feeling that he's gonna say something that will make me punch my monitor! In this case, he's possibly right. One thing though, Darth Kotick measures quality in PROFIT , nothing else! He has even said that he rewards profit and nothing else.
I'm gonna buy a new monitor so I've been researching monitors for the past three weeks. I've read alot at various sites like DigitalVersus, FlatPanelsHD, and my local SweClockers forum. In the end I've come up with 3 finalists and I need to choose between them....the main problem is that I don't know how much I'll experience ghosting so I hoped that if any of you got these screens that you can tell me how they "feel". This post is also meant as a guide for gamers in the
Who cares about that "incident"..? Answering someone who critizise your game is not a big deal. I don't see what the fuzz is about.
I could have been more active in submitting my good forum posts but it would NEEVER have been enough to fight the people who dressed up their cars and stuff....
I've heard of Jagged Alliance but never played or seen it. So fans, tell me why I should be excited about this remake [e digicons]8|[/e]
Well, if you don't accept this light version of DRM then you simply have to play old games or get a console.
They'd best make a decent AI for this one. The AI was so ridiculously dumb that I actually sold my copy of HoMM V even though the gameplay itself was quite good. Can't enjoy a game if the AI won't take a city from you even when the opportunity presents itself. Even with the ridiculous amount of cheating I noticed the AI doing, it still was of no use...
I read that the difficulty settings wasn
Thanks for the great responses. But I have a few questions. I just picked archer units to produce without "designing" them. Are they weaker? (they seem to miss a lot in combat). Does designing a unit make them stronger?
To be able to produce a unit (even premade ones), you MUST have the tech required for them (just like in GalCiv II). Once you get better bows, you can make archers with those better b

Why don't we make this fair? Because all you anti steam fanboys have done so far is list Steams negatives. Steam: Positives: 1. HUGE selection of games 2. Large number of gamers to game with 3. I've played all Heroes games except for the first.. Was on the fence about if Heroes II or Heroes III was best. Ultimately I settled for Heroes II. Like Heroes V, dislike HIV [e digicons][/e] Hope that Heroes VI turns out good.
I've played AoW and its sequels since the beginning so I can tell you the differences between them. This post will be too big to cover all three games so I'll settle for AoW here. AoW Good parts High fantasy (as opposed to modern fantasy which f.e. Heroes V is). Story - It's really interesting
Italic text is quotes by Frogboy This is unequaled. This is the only board on the internet (that I've seen) were people are so incredibly against anything DRM, copyprotection etc. Makes me think you live in the third world where there isn't any internetz [e digicons]:moo:[/e] I may damn myself on this board by saying this, but I'm VERY happy that StarCraft II sold huge numbers and that Steam is a success which pr

However, I am more of a fanboy of the underdog. I support Impulse when I can, and I love Stardock as a company anyways. The thread starter obviously mis-represented what Brad was saying, whether that was intentional or not who knows.
Dads creditcard or you holidaysh
Some info on monsters, tech, faction or lore on map creation would be good enough. People with single core CPUs have themselves to blame.
Bad preview. The author makes mistake after mistake and instead of explaining things in a detailed/structured way, he justs glosses over things a little.... "While Master of Magic was almost a reskinned Civilization with spell research" What??? If he seriously believes that Master of Magic and Civilization are almost the same then he's on my idiotlist. He would probably say that Command & Conquer Generals is a StarCraft clone (like the f
On my first internship on my PC technician education (which is phony btw) I tagged along one technician that only dealt with Dell. He only ever replaced the motherboards. On his checklist, there was a note: Temps ok? But that doesn't meant CPU temperature. It was CUSTOMER temperature [e digicons]:P[/e] Businesswise though, I got absolutely NO idea how they make ANY profit AT ALL on homeusers considering how much they must pay for serv
Considering that alot of CPU power will be used to power the A.I, you're a bit behind. But if the A.I is programmed to just take longer instead of cutting corners then you just have to wait longer for the A.I to take its turns (I think there will be an option to give additional CPU power to the A.I like there was in Twilight of the Arnor.) You'll definetly get good performance on a high resolution (game is turnbased after all :p) but there will be Shader 4.0 things whic

A stickied thread with the posts he have deleted and edited would suffice.
