Keep us posted on what you learn each time. Thanks for your service. I am sure the families appreciate your presence and your attitiudes toward them and their deceased loved one.

Somehow, I think you are only half-hearted in your aim to not share your last bottle of rootbeer. But if you do, enjoy it to the last drop.
Thanks for this, pseudo. I wish that I knew what all these words mean, but I get the jist of it and will applaud these tiny steps also. No time right now to read all your links but I will be back. Thanks for all the info.
My last convent story was posted on 11/20/04 Link (I still don't know how to link correctly. Slow learner! Not your fault Blue Dev!) I was having a difficult time coping with the arid circumstances of my convent life, which I compared to a desert. At that time in my li
Thanks, lifehappens. No, it will certainly not be a blockbluster!
Well, now you know that you are not a braggart, at least. I think the trick to learn is to be able to separate your "WHO" from your "DO". By that I mean...know who you are...that is easy for most people to tell if they are honest with themselves. You know if you are a mean, jealous, prideful, avaricious, slothful, gluttonous person or not. You many "do" mean things once in awhile but that is not who you are. For some people, though it is hard to know
Do you have too much time on your hands? Best wishes for your marathon running and on all your other activities.
Last night I went to a movie at our local theatre to see the movie “Therese,” a film about the life of a cloistered nun from the city of Lesieux, France. She lived her quiet life there over 100 years ago. I have read the story of her life several times. This movie attempts to depict it well, but it pictures her as a young nun who never sins in any way. Th
I am not a sci-fi reader, but I recognize the power of a vision. Great visions are often scoffed at, but with time those visions will carry through to bring about great results. Praise to all you men of vision. Your hopes and dreams may become a reality for the future. Great post!
Good one.
Oh, yes...that was funny. Whoever wrote that make it so vivid I could almost smell those sounds of effluvium.
Very funny post. My response :} greywar's lament: No chance for beer! No chance to leer! No chance for cheer! Moral majority... is queer! So sad, my dear.
You deserve a medal for this one. It was so hilarious that I just had to read it aloud to my hubby. Good for you and your great sense of humor and wisdom. Another insightful from me.
Another outstanding post that brought tears to my eyes. What choices you have to make! Pray about them. Follow the Spirit. Courage.
It is a hard thing to learn. Life is not always easy. My heart goes out to you, your hubby and all the little ones who can't yet understand the separations that keep loved ones at a distance. I believe that with the values that you have shown in your writings that you are preparing your child to face life bravely albeit with understandable sadness. Courage to you!
Good to see you blogging again...and doing a bangup job of it too. They may have taken your teeth...but not your wisdom and good humor.
Lost... You are not lost...You are just searching... Be of good heart... With men like Wanderer around...you will have help along the way. You have a knack for writing your thoughts also. Make your own blog...Put your thoughts out there for others to ponder. We can learn from you as well. You have make an outstanding comment here.
Walking the Hard Road is difficult enough without putting your own obstacles in front of you. This says it all! I praise God for having taught you to walk so responsibly. Your account brought tears of joy to my eyes because you have learned so many essential truths...and you are yet so young. Just as you rightfully wanted to be acknowledged for the good you have done...so too does our God want us to acknowle
I look forward to it whatever your friend wants to share. Thanks for the email today and again for these blogs and your service. Love you, MOM
Insightful post, lifehappens. You are right in every word that you wrote, in my opinion. Jesus never taught intolerance, just the opposite. He taught inclusiveness. The Israelite people of the OT made that same mistake. They thought just because they had been born of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, they had it made. Today, people thinks just because they are born and raised as a Baptist, Lutheran, Mormon, Catholic, Methodist or whatever, that does it for th
You are doing great! I am happy that it is safe enough for you to take off your armour. There are only 2 things that you may have not thought to do: 1. Check your e-mail 2. Answer your e-mail. Take care, MOM
What a fun and instructive story. Loved it.
You said: "I have never been so proud to be an american. We did this, we helped it to happen." Applause! Applause! Thanks to all of you soldiers here and abroad that helped to make it happen. Blessed be you...you are the peacemakers that the world needs so badly.
My thoughts exactly, Daiwa. How many of us would travel those distances to vote in an election? It is exciting to hear about all the preparations they have made in Iraq to promote safe elections and to know that it will be the first time in their lives they have the great freedom of voting in any kind of an election. That is a rush! Good post, pseudo!
No clue! No prize. Get busy and post a quiz about something that is familiar to me.
