Elemental - The Relic of Argynn Bonus Content

Hi,

I can't access the bonus content of Elemental War of magic (The relic of Argynn) when I reinstall the game Elemental since the Gamestop App client is closed. The download link provided when I ask for my product keys show me this error message: "An error occured when attempting to download Elemental - The Relic of Argynn Bonus Content. Please contact support@stardock.com. "

When I contact Stardock by writing to support@stardock I am invited to write in the forum. How can I get my bonus content?
