The spells should be "Acquire Metal" and Acquire Crystal".
The scroll over description boxes are correct, it's just the spell title that's listed twice.

It's a mod. You should post this on the thread for the mod creator. You should post it on the mod forums. Although the base game has a Singing Forge spell that I've never noticed.
