Didn't he used to come with a Staff of Coal Stones or something?
Looks like I was confused. It's Raza the Wild that comes with the Coal Stones staff. Nen Ratchcatcher needs a cool staff too!
Raza the Wild on the other hand needs a horse. (Or a )
I have him in my current game and he can't ride anything nor can he equip most of the items. Kinda limits his usefulness.
