[.85][.87] Big graphical glitches

I don't know if those are expected, but basically in current state graphical glitches prevents me from playing.

I guessed that maybe this is driver/update issue, but updating Catalyst to 13.4 (Radeon HD 7850) did not help, removal and re-installation of LH did not help either. I do use AMD64 Windows 7.

Here are examples on default settings (right from installation, first with "Stylized Lightning" ON and then OFF), basically on defaults i don't see strategic map, disabling Stylized Lightning shows shadows and lightning problems. I did note that when i settled and build capital, briefly map was rendered as expected. Any fix or hints?

Another issues (those are long standing and present in FE too):

- changes to "Max Texture Atlas Size" are not persisted.

- ALT-TAB out of game frequently ends up with crash, VERY annoying and known issue.

BTW, attaching pictures (or smileys engine) inline is flawed as it did put random smileys inside Base64 encoded image dump. I did have to re-encode image multiple times in hope to get something that will not welcome me with wall of Base64 text instead of the actual image.

when game hit memory limit due hurge amount of leaks it slowdown, a bit later render go mad.

this is not glitch, just simptom of deep engine issues.

Strange. I have a Radeon 7770 and it displays fine (which is just a lower version of your 7850 to a certain degree).

Is it possible you're running some other software that may be interfering? For instance, either FRAPs or some other video capture? Or do you use Window Blinds or other Stardock software? I could see either of those causing a conflict.

I am not running other stardock software or recording software.

I can only say that i do have a lot of strange software that is installed with other steam games. I can easily verify if i have something installed, but personally i have no idea what i should look for.

That is not helpful.

You are suggesting that game leaks memory, yet the game just started in my case. There is no slowdown, render is broken all the time, not 'a bit later'.
