[Bug] Continuous production of all buildings?

Not sure if this intentional, my guess is not. I took over a city of Gilden's(Rilkaz) and all things I can build are "continuous" such as a mason. I'm assuming this is a bug. Tried saving and reloading, also tried exiting the game, starting it, and reloading the save to no avail. I searched the forums if this was posted yet, but since the search function for the forums is 'powered by google' aka not very helpful I really don't fee like wading through all the forum posts at any date in any sub forum that contain the word continuous. This is me politely requesting a better search for the forums.

Did you check the unrest level? If it's newly conquered it's going to have a bunch of it, and 100% unrest means 0% production. If it's not that, I'm not sure what it is, but I have seen the bug once before myself.

You can do that yourself... go to the original post hit edit and there is a drop bar where it says category... switch it from legendary heroes to the support section.

I got a nickel that says this is because of your unrest penalty and is not a bug.

i've seen this on a city after i conquered it, too. unrest was at >100% (mostly due to the +50% temporary unrest from occupation, i also had some 22% from taxes, some 20% from number of cities and the territory wasn't linked up with the capital). 100% unrest means all production and research of that city is reduced by 100%, which translates into infinite build times. the game probably doesn't have a separate text label for this sitation, but "continous" is close enough to "infinite" i'd think

Seems a better notification than "Continuous" would be "Never" with a tooltip that says "No Production available in city" or somesuch
