After a battle I received the "Flickering Ring" which says it allows the wearer to cast Blink. Blink is not listed as a spell in the Hiergamenon:
I just got this ring again in .80 and the Blink spell is still not explained in the Hiergamenon.
That because the blink spell has this tag.
<HideInHiergamenon>1</HideInHiergamenon>
So it's intended that we're supposed to guess what it does?
I don't know their reasoning for hiding blink in the heirgamenon. Just a bump.
