My desktop resolution is 1920 x 1080. Whenever I set the game's resolution to 1920 x 1080, it will work in that resolution after I restart. However, the next time I restart the game it defaults to 1080 x 768. This also happens when I directly edit prefs.ini and/or settings.ini. Any other resolution below 1920 x 1080 seems to 'stick'. This only happens when I am running the game in User mode(my normal mode). This doesn't happen when running as an admin. Also, the 'Desktop' option only shows up as an admin, not as a normal user.
