Procipinee built an outpost at the edge of Abliex's Wildlands. At some point the outpost was taken over by the influence of the wildlands, so that it became attached to the wildlands. I think this happened when a spider army knocked out another one of her outposts nearby.
Anyway, however it happened, after I cleared the wildlands, the outpost remained, owned by the "Denizens of the Wildlands". You can see it here:
The outpost is just above the green (wildland) border area. If I quit and reload the saved game, the green area of influence changes and is centered on the outpost.
