[.983 Bug] Cloned Army

Somehow I have created a cloned army when moving out of my city. I'm not exactly sure how this happened. All I know is this storm dragon army attacked my town. Verga died in the battle, but I still came out victorious. He contracted Typhoid Fever so I selected him and moved him out of the city. When I did this, all the troops in the city came out as well, which was weird because I only selected verga. I went to move them back into the city and they wouldn't go. So I clicked on the city, and all the troops were still in the city as well. So somehow I had created a cloned army.

I have the two saved games before the battle and the next turn with the cloned army. You can see it is cloned because I have two fire elementals, but in my enchantments there is only 1.

This happened to me as well on .992. I attacked and took the city of Deorcnysse. After winning the battle, I noticed I had an army still outside the city, instead of all of them moving into the city like they usually do.

What I discovered had happened was that my sovereign and two champions, and all of my mounted mages had moved into the city, while my Shieldman had stayed outside, with cloned copies of the two champions and the mounted mages. Here's a pic:
