In 0.983 you added a "use" button to the loot pop-up. Normally this button works, but when I tried using it with the Blight Scroll, the spell simply didn't trigger.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Loot Blight Scroll from something like a goodiehut, monsterlair or quest
2. When this popup appears press Use
3. The scroll is consumed, but the spell is never cast. No visual effect, no effect on population in cities.
The scroll functions as normal when used from the Equipment (unit details) screen.
