[0.981] XML issue with Fort/Castle archers

In Forts and Castles we find the following XML

      <GameModifier>
            <ModType>CityDefenseSummon</ModType>
            <Attribute>SummonUnitByClass</Attribute>
            <Value>1</Value>
            <Provides>+1 City Archer Group</Provides>
            <UnitClass>CityArcher_Group</UnitClass>
        </GameModifier>

but there are no unittypes with <Class>CityArcher_Group</Class> in CoreUnits.xml.

In addition to not getting any archers for building castles/forts, all wall upgrades for Fortresses claim that I get +2 Defender groups, but I only ever get one for building that improvement.

This makes castles/forts extremely unappealing, because they say I get +3 units defending my city but I only actually get one.
