This was from yesterday, not with the new version.
From one turn to the next i had the whole map revealed (no dark spaces or fog of war anymore). A few turns later the blue screen.
I did upgrade to the latest ATI (12.1 wqhl) drivers before, but i could play for a few hours with no problems (other than the usual crashes) and the installation of the drivers was without any problems.
No debug files obviously, but here are the windows dump files and a save file:
