October Promotions

I'm back from my tip and doing the fun stuff again.

4 weeks away Overseas doing [mostly] non-Stardock/Wincustomize things [thanks to some dodgey Hotel Net Connections], missed handling the September Promotions as I was on a train somewhere in the Canadian Rockies....
