I hope they make a full on expansion for this game with more of everything. As long as they continue to improve the AI and add more content I think this will be a classic.
ioticus
What I'm saying is someone guarded my sovereign and it actually reduced my sovereign's defense by one instead of increasing it. That's what I don't understand.
Is the Marakata ring broken? I can't cast shock wave with it. Nevermind, found it as a skill.
Quoting ioticus, reply 5 The guard ability appears to be bugged or I don't understand how it works. I cast it on a unit and it added 9 defense even though the caster had 4 defense. It also gave my sovereign -1 defense for some reason. It applies Guard mode on the applied unit, so the flat armor increase + guard = 9 increase.
How much does guard normally add and why woul
I had a crash when I attempted to move a unit from one army to another. I used drop box for the link to the crash report. This is my first time using it so let me know if it works, thanks.

I hope they continue to improve the AI. Too often, I see the AI sitting on its ass and not making use of its tactical and strategic spells. Fix this please!
I'm having trouble seeing the green movement ranges on some maps as well.
I don't understand why Brad (who admits he's not an artist) has to modify the artwork to make it look better and present it to the art team. Shouldn't the art team be presenting Brad with their improvements? I mean, isn't that their job?!
I'm on the same boat, Jasper. They want to fine me 25% for trying to return an unfinished beta product.
What I find hilarious and maddening at the same time is the "manual" is identical to the one in the beta that had the word "draft" splashed on every page. Yet another example of Brad's chicanery.
BoogieBac, Boogie Oh, BoogieBac When are you comin' back? Oh, BoogieBac, Boogie Oh, BoogieBac When are you comin' back? My PC's a missin' you My heart feels the same way too I've tried so hard to be true Like I promised I'd do But this MoM keep's a comin' 'round Its tryin' to wear my resistance down BoogieBac,Boogie Oh, BoogieBac When are you comin' back? Oh, BoogieBac, Boog
I'm shocked 1up gave it a C+. Deserves a D+ at most.
My sovereign's hit points were changing randomly in my game for no apparent reason. It started at 10 and went up to a high of 25 and then down to 10 and then up 18 or something. In one of my tactical combats all of a sudden no one had any action points remaining and I couldn't do anything except auto resolve. My hotkeys some times do no work. Enter does not always end the turn. I've never been able to get the spacebar to skip a unit's turn in tactic

Program Files\Stardock Games\Elemental\data\English\CoreDifficultyLevels.xml
Excuse me but I can't read XML. Can someone put in plain english exactly how the difficulty changes the game and at what level the AI starts to cheat? Thanks.
Just wondering if there is an estimate on how long the campaign takes to complete?

I want the AI to be able to crush my feeble collection of refugees beneath their steel-toed boots of hate without receiving any AI related bonuses.
Seconded!
No, what the game needs is more bearded clams.
Saw it and didn't understand it at all.

"It's actually possible to wall off your kingdom with a series of volcano spells, since the game has no way for any units to fly, magically or otherwise--the only way to traverse otherwise impassable terrain is with a teleportation spell, which is also an expensive, and sophisticated, spell that will take a great many turns to research." No way for units to fly? Hope he's wrong about that.
