I'm pretty sure the random map generation for tactical battles already does this :D Not well, mind you, but it's a start ;)

Running as admin makes me think it's either a 'write permissions' bug or a 'downloading the data' bug. The fact that removing the intro fixes it seems to meen these are two seperate issue and will be even more fun to track down. [e digicons]
