I have entered a dungeon about azor armor. I killed all the spiders. BTW, the tactical map was a countryside not a dungeon one. I got a message telling me that I got a nice armor and I got a CTD. Here is the dump file http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5057853/3b_crash/Elemental0_90-2010-07-18T16-25-56-328.zip

I don't see why it is needed since you have an icon report that appears on the right on the screen and the city icon in the left is bright when the queue is empty. BTW, you can only have at max one tech research and one spell research each turn. That isn't the case with cities ...
There is a small problem with the heart icon on small pictures for all participants in the battle. As it is on the left, you don't sense easily how many HP left an unit. I think it is more important to see that one unit has few HP left than it has full HP. So it would be nice if that heart icon was on the right side of the picture instead on the left side at it is currently the case.
surely its not supposed to let you kite a 242142412 41 hp monster just hitting for 1 dmg for 24423525325325 consecutive turns without getting counterattacked
Yes, I should not be able kill a bone ogre (150 HP, 60 ATK, 3 DEF) with a level 4 sovereign with only 12HP and 9 ATK and no spells
i don t get how that could happen
Maybe some unit designed with full armor plate and heavy weapon ;)
You have 2 ways to build an improvement on a ressource: - clicking on the ressource and choose the build action - adding the improvement in the build queue of the city Obviously, the first option is the better since the construction of the improvement starts immediately, and the city can build other things meanwhile. You can also have multiple ressources improvements starting immediatly. Sadly, there isn't any information in the second option explaining you tha

When fighing the bandit campment from a quest, the wolf appears to retaliate when you strike it.
Also interesting is the mention of Gal Civ terms in Elemental (Snathi, Arnor (I think), Dread Lords, etc.) A possible connection between the two worlds perhaps?
well, you should read the backstory about the altarians http://draginol.impulsedriven.net/article/171522/Of_the_Altarians and remember that Drath look like Dragons ;) Among the nice things in this article [quote

By default, the tactical battle is set for 4 units. Sadly, at the beginning of the game, if your sovereign has at least a combat speed of 2, you must fight all battles, especially against spiders which have 25 HP but only a combat speed of 1. You let them come near you. During your turn, you spend 1 action to attack and 1 to move back. That way, you can hurt the spider each turn, without being hit by the spider. So you end the game without any scars. If you choose the a
The game can be played from cloth map. That is great for my 5 1/2 year old PC. Since the 3D map is too slow for my PC, I play only on cloth map. But for tactical combat, we can't skip combat animation or smoke lightning on exit. The tactical combat feels tedious in that case.
What are the characteristics of your sovereign?
What was the ATK of the ennemy? If it was 0, he can't attack you ;)
What? Bad...Bad developer. No flys for you Froggy. If it has crash bugs from being rushed I'm holding you responsible J/K
Aren't you aware that frogs love bugs ;) maybe the crash bugs are the tastiest ;)
You forget Constitution.
Well, constitution just add value on HP when STR and DEX have a multiplying effects on ATK and DEF. There are no real incentive to add points to your constitution.
We doesn't have seen yet if Charisma has other use than recruiting champions. It will be surely another story if Charisma has on impact on the moral of armies during battles ...
Are you sure that pionneer doesn't give you only half of the bonus? In that case, you need to send pionneer to 2 fire shard to be able to have one usable
I have meet an NPC with the royalty background. I have hired him, waited a few turns but the prestige of my cities haven't increased.
The tame world spell costs 1 essence and is supposed to give the player the ability to domesticate wild skath for farming. When I was next to a skath, I have tried this spell, on my sovereign or on the skath, but except the message stating that this spell will use essence, nothing seems to have happened and the only choice I have on the skath is to attack him.
As a result of current selection system (I'll refer to compiling list of available research as "pulling" from now on to make it shorter) player has to decide if he wants some crucial "green" research or something rare but optional.
I definitely like the idea of higher build costs with each successive city. It should be very costly and expensive to build a city and not free!
It is already the case. the cost is something like : 100 * number of cities you already own.
