#55 = Out of line. Back to topic... I don't think I could ever be a good forum moderator, I'm not much of a writer. I also know you're probably not looking for any skin moderators, but if the chance ever does come up, I would love to volunteer.

By DVD Decoder, do you mean free software that plays DVD movies? If so, google for VLC Media Player. Open-sourced multi-format player, that plays DVD's.
Cygnus, you're wrong about that. Shapeshifter skins OSX, and from what I heard, and seen...it does a pretty good job of it too. You can read more about Shapeshifter, here. http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/shapeshifter You can oogle at the themes for it at http://www.macthemes.net As far as your Stardock programs go, none of them will work on a Mac...period. Might want to consider staying... ;]<
Hippy, let me know when you got a strangle-hold on the Mac community. Don't forget the 853 previews and 7 betas before you release a theme, though. To Steve, my better judgement is telling me not to even address you, but I can't help it. I hereby deem you "fly", a pestering insect just waiting to be flicked. Congratulations! <img src="http://images.star
What about Mozilla skins? If you look on deviantART, the most downloaded file on the ENTIRE site is a Firefox skin. Please consider a Firefox section, I would really really love one here on WC. :]
Merry Christmas to all!
Always nice to see a new pack from depthCORE. You guys do great work.
Better because it has tabs, themes, extentions, and more secure. Limitations...some websites that don't use standard CSS coding won't look right, but that's not really Firefox's fault. It's a better browsing experience...overall. It's better built, easier to customize, has many more options, it's all the little things that make it better. Like the live bookmarks, the toolbar folders, the find bar, all that stuff you can't get with IE.<BR
I found Customize.org back in maybe '98 or '99, for Winamp skins. I used to check out other stuff, but never really got into it at the time. The best Winamp skin from those days was BMI-Hypnoamp created by Fli7e. It was also the time when Misery was on top of the world, and if you go back and look at his skins from 5 years ago, they still outshine 80% of the skins made today. Really quite amazing.
Might as well add my two cents... Pot should be legal, but controlled. Just like cigarettes, Alcohol and pharmaceutical drugs. If you get caught driving drunk, you go to jail. In the state of NY, there is a zero-tolerance policy on driving drunk, so pot should be able to fall in the same sort laws. As far as the statements of "dulling your senses" and all that, very true. Pot makes you stupid, no doubt about it, but cigarettes give you l
I wish for 6 magic numbers that magically equal the 6 numbers on the magically magical lotto drawing.
Stardock makes a program called IconDeveloper that does this very very well. You make one icon at the biggest size, and it will scale it down for you to all the other sizes. You should check it out. https://www.stardock.com/products/icondeveloper/
If a new author who lets say works only with icons uploads to the site, his/her name will only appear on the icons section, which means a user will have to check the icon library, then click on his name to go to his page, and then click again on his gallery to view all his work. The old site you had to click once to do this.
Tiggz, please read on the 12th of December: Happy Birthday! .....so, you're not cheating, are you?
One more thing I'd really appreciate to have, when you right-click on an object, a context menu listing all the objects associated in that group, and bring up it's properties when clicked. Going through the Object Navigator can get tedious at times when tweaking things, it would just make it a bit faster.
The difference is night and day! Atleast it's behind you now, must of been a huge sigh of relief, huh? I hope the whole SD team has a very relaxing weekend, you guys surely deserve it!
Ha! Santa 2.5 solves all these problems! They're still working on the G-Force thing though, look for it to be fixed in Santa 3.0.
The one feature I would like to see is graphical labels built in. Right-click an object, select "Add Label", edit the fonts, colors, select a graphic from my drive...and voila. Something to that effet anyway, perhaps even as a plugin. Speaking of plug-ins...I would REALLY like to see some updates to the existing plugins, they are the easiest way for someone to make a widget that does something, without actually having to write a script. I like the

My icons disappeared on me once, but it was a very simple fix, and worth checking... Right-click on your desktop, go to 'View', and make sure 'Show Desktop Icons' is checked... I laughed at myself when I finally figured out what happened...
You first need to download LogonStudio. https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ Then when you download a Logon, simply double-click it to install.
An update/mod of Morphium's 'My Oh My, it's Orange' WB...although, it's no longer orange. Most of the DX stuff is slightly modified objects from Tiggz... Wallpaper is 'Samurai in the Rough', recolored to match. [Messag
There is a port of Snow.E2 icons here. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2&SkinID=946 The rest of the icons on the site you linked to, aren't in IconPackager format. You would need to manually create an IconPackage if you want to use them.
From someone who puts A LOT of time into making a stupid simple screenshot, the one thing that urks me is people who simply apply a WB skin, wallpaper and icons...capture it and upload it. Now, I know not everyone likes to modify perfectly working skins, so they just upload whatever it is they like. Not letting them do that is simply unfair. What I think would improve the screenshot section is MORE moderation, just like the wallpaper section. Notice how everyone tries a bit harder, and appre
