how do u install RAD.E8 ICONS for windows? if u dont know what im talking about http://www.rad-e8.com/downloads/icons/ go there.please help i have iconpackager but i dont think thats what they are for.

There is a port of Snow.E2 icons here. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2&SkinID=946

The rest of the icons on the site you linked to, aren't in IconPackager format. You would need to manually create an IconPackage if you want to use them.
