Phoon! I'm gonna look you up! My name on Pokerstars is 'Hus_', and NT...listen to Phoon...Pokerstars is by far the best poker room I've tried...and I've tried them all! PokerRoom.com is also good if you're on the go, they have a Java client that doesn't require you to download anything...very well done too. Still PokerStars is the place to be...

AP, as far as contradicting myself, I did not. I said you shoulnd't let personal opinion come into play...and thats true. You can't give a skin a bad rating just because you personally don't like the look of it. What if I rated your skin poorly because it didn't have a roll-up button on the left side, or some other function-related issue? You should rate skins unbiased, if you feel my skin had POORLY DONE graphics, then by all means.
That 2 would be a subjective rating based on your personal opinion, that's the incorrect way to rate a skin. You shouldn't let your personal opinion come into play when rating a skin...just because you don't like black skins, doesn't make it a bad skin. If you say it has clean graphics, functions good and performs good...you should give it a rating based on those three things. If everyone rated this way...I doubt this thread would've been created in
You're going from one extreme to the other AP. Obviously, if the skin is broken to the point of being useless, it won't matter how good it looks. But what if it has common mistakes and flaws...but works well enough to use? Generally speaking, you're not going to find a professionally made skin that doesn't work at all. Same for skins that function perfectly...but look like total crap. Which is worse?
ratings should be based on the functionality and performance of the skin and not on how 'pretty' it looks to me Sorry, I gotta disagree with that. Skinning is an ART...and looks matter more than functionality and performance. WAY, WAY, WAY more. If I make a skin in MS Paint, but code it perfectly i
I took a stock of my colognes, and I'm with you on this...I got 9 different bottles, 8 of which are close to empty! I gotta re-up soon...the one's I currently have are: Polo Sport Hugo Boss Hugo Boss: Dark Blue Another Hugo Boss...it's a really cool bottle though...that's why I got it. Burberry: Weekend Burberry: Truth Versace Perry Ellis Caroline Hererra: 212 Men That 212 Men is really
Most...not all. Lorenela...what happened to her? She was an excellent skinner...
I couldn't, for instance, simply terminate a significant shareholder of the company without a formalized vote and ample documentation (heck, I can't even fire employees without ample documentation). That's a devious thought...most definately...
Happy Birthday Debbie...
Running a modded Longhorn5203 WB, and a bunch of Silica widgets....and the wallpaper is here: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/16884194/
Wasn't there a change in the law the other month making it a crime for someone not reporting illegal drug use if he/she knows of it? I mean...if that were true, 96.7% of the Entertainment Industry would be in jail right now. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Laugh.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab
You answered "yes" to 65 of 100 questions, making you 35.0% sexually pure (65.0% sexually corrupt); that is, you are 35.0% pure in the sex domain. Hmm....I think that's bad if you're ultra-religious....and good if you work in the porn industry....*cough*....ahem....
I would switch to IE7...but I've been spoiled by Firefox's Extentions...and now I don't know if I could use a browser without them. If they make mouse gestures for IE7, I'll consider it...
Vissssssta!
I got BreakQuest, I think it's brilliantly done...very original. Good for a time-killer when you're bored.
You seem to be a bit uptight lately Boss019, take a chill pill brotha! If I had to take a wild guess, I'd say you will see parts of this in Windowblinds 5.0, which I believe is the next major version due out whenever Stardock releases it. You still have to go through beta's and all the rest. So, relax...worry more about what Microsoft is doing with Longhorn...and how many features it announces...then cancel's...then adds again...then...you get the i
You guys should know by now...WC doesn't get rid of anything. They just hide it from the main page, which all of the programs above already are....'cept for Kapsules, which just got put up not too long ago.
Did you right-click on your clock in the system tray...and go to Customize Notifications? That's how it works on my Windows...
Encoded WB, Enkera Winamp and wallpaper from depthCORE.
*cough* Orion *cough* Utopia *cough*
WinCustomize has always been an older crowd...the majority of the "regulars" are well into their 20's or older...
Out of curiosity, was there a new suite made specifically for War of the Worlds? If so, got any previews?
I used Kapsules a while back, I thought it was great. I've since lost interest in widgets totally...I don't use DX anymore now...or Kapsules...or anything...but, one thing I do remember about Kapsules, is I had the same problem as Koasati...until I read the readme and found out that Shift+Right-Click on a widget and you get a brilliant context menu...which I liked much better than the DX equivalent. [including the option to remove widgets <img src="h
Best news I heard in a long time!
I've always been against the selling of skins personally. Like, if you go and make a single WB skin and sell it for $8.00 or whatever the case is. I don't know why, but I've always been bothered by this, probably because I know if it catches on...anyone who is good at it will opt to sell them instead of give them away for free. I would hate to see it come to that. I feel as if skinning started out free...it should remain (and has remained) free. Se
