These both seem like functional spells that might last through major rework of the magic system: Infernal (Fire, Tactical, Level 4) : Infernal is an adjective. This seems like a long-ignored typo that should be Inferno. Or something else fiery, but not leaving you wondering about the object of the modifier. Stab of Ice (Water, Tactical, Level 1) : So ugly it can't even be described as a simple grammar or spelling error. It's the opposite of poetry. How did name

The devs might be just as interested, or more, in how folks would distribute 1,000 possible points among a set of categories like this as they are in how we might rank a given item on a given scale. Seeing magic as just 12% of a total score seems odd to me because I've been most interested in those aspects of the game (and because the subtitle is War of Magic). I'm not sure where I'd 'steal' the possible points from, but something around 20% of the possible total seems like a good sta

The decline of that sort of convenience in many forms of software make me suspect that there's an evil dev conspiracy to make software in general favor folks who prefer fondling pictures to ones who appreciate complete sentences. I wish I'd taken a screen-cap of the Keyboard tab that was briefly in the Options for the betas. It's certain

Money, in games and the world at large, is basically abstracted exchange value. Primary economic activity involves exchanging things that have direct use value: labour, food, fibre, shelter, libations, and other 'simple' luxuries. Money has great power to transform and expand political economies, but it should never be mistaken for something useful in its own right. (I admit that some metal coins can be reworked into useful forms and hyperinflated paper currency can seem more useful as stove
Might be even more fun if each champion had a 'roll' to determine whether he/she went back on the labour market, took up general villainy, or decided to go on a vendetta against the foul folks who murdered his/her sovereign.

I have no idea about what KingHobbit meant by "heroes," but I definitely want to see some sort of non-combat experience for champion units with administrative abilities.
