If I send a freighter on a long distance journey and I currently do not have enough trade licenses then it stops at the end of each turn. But if I have enough licenses then it continues to move automatically like all my other ships.

I understand it to mean that allowing more independence results in the various planetary governments doing what they want which results in them doing less of what you want.
The word is facility, not fascility.
Please change the word swamos to swamps in the description.
Docking a transport auto unloads the required passenger. The starbase "eats" that passenger and now your ship is in Hotel California. It is a nasty bug.
Research district gets the +4 adjacency. But the QPU does not get the +4. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/71/18/7118974/4fe132f0-f6f0-416d-9d7a-889af2352b5b.png"
Well what do you say? I have a Lenovo LOQ and I replaced my Klim Ultimate with a Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB but it has not provided a noticeable decrease in the max temps as shown by the Core Temp app. This is after playing 60+ minutes of the cartoonish 4X game. This is after 25 minutes of playing the latest Insiders
I stopped playing GC4 SN IE because of the intense overheating issue. I am playing a cartoonish 4X game and the max temps are at least 10C lower. I can't afford to cook this laptop like I cooked the prior one playing GC4 SN IE.
I think 15% of 77 gets you to 87. I think Supply Attrition is confusing. But the larger the number the less supply attrition.
So I created a new civ just like my old one and had no issues. Using a prior version saved civ in 2.2 appears to be the cause. Thank you.
I deleted all the custom civs and created a new one under 2.2. It seems to be working fine after a short check. I used Terran color schemes and ships. OK, now to actually play a game with the new 2x goodies [e digicons]:)[/e] .
Thank you so much for your help!
My custom civ Terrans You can clearly see my problem comparing Cultural Focus. Any suggestions as to which color setting(s) are at play here? Thank you.
Version 2.2 after verifying the files. Started a new game.
The description is wrong because I can build Supply ships before I complete this reseach.
I verify/validate the files before each play of the game. I just updated the files. The IE is still unplayable. I installed GC4 SN and it is playable but still has some of the same problems. Is there anything that I can do to solve this problem? I am so very sad.
I verify each session before starting to play. I just did verify files again, started a new game and the black on black is still there. What should I do next?
The number of turns is now missing. ------------------------------------------------------------ Text is now black on black.
Text is now black on black.
For clarity, consider changing the "can not be built on" lists to "can be built on" lists for the Torians and Barataks. This change would be most useful when the "can be built on" list shows just a few world types. Nit - Milky Way should be capitalized.
I would prefer a monetary bonus. Thank you.
Big growth penalty...
Yor type civs like them.
