I am not sure I would call Windows 10 a fail though. For the most part it was pretty successful as its market share were high and it fixed the weirdness of windows 8 with a top notch start menu. Sure it wasn't the last release ever, but did we really expect that? What exactly did you not like about Windows 10?
A couple of last things, now that I have had more time on version 1.1 *In windows 11 theme the default icons do not mesh well with the icons with custom tile images. They are soo much smaller. But on the other hand it is now much easier to add custom tiles so as long as all tiles get the custom image the look is good. *The Lock menu is a nice new feature. But I would like it expanded to resizing as well. Usually I will stretch the size to match my icons / tiles and any movemen

First off I will say there are some really good things included in this build. I really like that Fences is beginning to be integrated into the start menu, it does tie in multiple software nicely. Also, I like how tile customization has really evolved in this build. On top of it being included both in windows 10 and 11 themes it also has potentially a game changing built in tile customization option that probably will change how I customize the start menu from this point on. Have you tested the issues without stardock software. I do know there has been similar issues like the one that you are describing until the graphics driver is updated.

After taking a closer look at windows 11 in regards to privacy and third party access. I did find that Windows 11 actually has options that makes it pretty private. There are a lot of options in the privacy and security options that turns off a lot of tracking for third party venders. These options can also be found in the app section, where you can turn things off. The third party access has been a long time coming in the tech and it is already mastered on phone devices. Just being signed in on gmail will have Google's algorithm machine going on you.
