This is great, you should add it to the in-game tutorial. Oops, there IS NO in-game tutorial! Do you plan to implement one, or are you hoping that people will stumble through content long enough to figure it out and get to actual fun bits before they die?

That's one of the fun things to do with any variation of Civilization (did Civ1 have it? don't recall) - after you finish a game you play the cinematic that shows your cities as they're born, flourish, and die. It's to you see big sweeping color changes across the world map in a short time, especially when those wars took so long (relatively) to play through.

No, no, 4x Sims would be too much, you're right. Still, a single body type won't look right with every style of unit that I want to create. The slender 49DDD standard amazon doesn't look as good as a heftier body when you dress her as a Valkyrie. A normally built peasant doesn't make as good a zombie as someone whose ribs you can count.

I guess this is the right spot. I want amazons in chainmail bikinis I want a housewife army. Their hand-to-hand weapons are rolling pins, frying pans, and brooms, their missile troops carry babies on their backs armed with spitguns. I want operatic fat ladies with a sonic attack. Hoiyotoho! I want street urchins with knives. I want Friar Tuck armed with a chicken leg. I want pirates and ninjas.

My apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere in the forum - I didn't see it. I'm very excited about this game from just the little that's appeared, but there has been a glaring omission in the few screenshots and examples that are available. Where da wimmen at? All of the diaries that talk about unit design say, "start with a man". Sure, it's interesting to fight against someone with a club, a horse, a +21 vorpal fork, but it won't be a great fantasy gam
