No love for Dark souls? I know this game is a terrible port but you can fix it with a couple of well placed mod's. I know it's a different type of game most here will like but honestly one of the best game's I have ever played in my 25+ years as a gamer. (i'm 34) Diablo 3 isn't crap but it's a horrible let down compared to it's lineage and way to focused on the RMAH For strategy it's FTL or FE for me at this point
Ravenstrike
Like I said in other thread you owe it to yourself to just play with outlines off, I had big problems until I did and not only does the game play much smoother it looks better!
Take outlines' off serious. The difference is night and day and the graphics (imo) actually look nicer without everything looking like it';s been attacked with a black crayon.
[quote who="MxM111" reply="13" id="3258780"]I honestly think that Warlock - Master of the Arcane is better. It actually achieves what this game was trying to do - interesting combat, the impression that group of heroes goes as company and fights against all odds, and so on. And this is just the game that nearly identical to this one (RPG/Strategy hybrid with magic elements). But also this year we had (what I have on my PC) Guild Wars 2, Diablo III, Torchlight II, and
Yeah this was the only feature (other than MP which I can live without) that I was disappointed to see removed. Nice to see that it's there in some form but I assume it's disabled because it's broken. Would love to see this re-implemented in the expantion Great game so far I hope it does well stardock
great answer's and pretty much what I was looking for here, thanks guys.
Hopefully this is a simple answer. Does the tile yields on the location's for cities effect that cities potential or just the starting resources? I just started a game with three cities with the idea of turning one into a city, another a fortress and another a conclave but unsure how to optimally specialize and if this actually matter's. For instance I have a city that had 4 production and 2 grain. which I was going to make a fortress, but am I s
This isn't starting out well. Crash at loading screen on start-up. Anyone else get this?
This is gold, although I am still mindfucked.... nice work...
I guess I should explain myself a bit more. Starcraft 2, is just a bit archaic to me, it's a good game surely but I feel blizzard are just resting on their laurels but they gave the community what it wanted SC with shiner graphics. Typical resource collection base building build order blah blah, over it. Dow2 doesn't have a great single player experience, it's better now with the new expansion but single player is not why I love this game. D
DOW2 is a much better game IMO.
Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous.... So, I have been getting this bug since beta 1.09o. The fix was always to revert to release version, and then re-update. Ok, so today I log in and because the release version is 1.1 this doesn't work anymore. So I see a solution was to reinstall the game from the DVD. So I completely removed elemental, and ran the disk. Then I get this message. "Are you sure you want to remove Elemental and all it's componen
[quote who="RikazeMA" reply="10" id="2825158"]Personally, I'd recommend Titan Quest with the Immortal Throne expansion, particularly if you're into Greek, Egyptian, and Asian Mythos. (Though mostly Greek.) Me and my friend have actually been replaying that recently with a new pair of characters, and I gotta say, I love it. Love playing the Corsair. (Defender/Rogue.) That's another great feature about the game, is the multi-classing. At Level 2, you tak

It had some disastrous design flaws, so I actually hope they rethink the formula quite a bit. But anyway, then I got the PC version and started to mod the shit (literally) out of it. We are talking about 20 gig's of mod's here including graphics and game play improvements. Daggerfall has been the best game from
Just make your own. You will get a much better machine than Alienware will sell you for a much better price.
Probably a bit ignorant to not believe in other worlds which could sustain life as we know it not too mention life as we don't.... But personally I believe the possibility of us coming into contact is about as slim as unlocking the secrets of time travel....
What an amazing woman.
Everquest 2 Super Streetfighter 4 Tekken 6 Oblivion (heavily modded) Dawn of War 2.
Used to love those books when I was a *cough* Kid. Favourites were Creature of Havoc. (can get this on Iphone now) and the sequel to Deathtrap dungeon.
I will probably get a lot of hate for this (as usual) but, play Dawn of War 2, it's an innovative and IMO much better multiplayer strategy game than Starcraft. (terrible single player though) It's criminal it doesn't have a larger player base. Always action in the first 30 seconds of any game, very strategic despite lack of traditional base building. Most of the leaderboard/ranking complaints in this thread aren't an issue in DOW2. My only hate is it uses

Daggerfall has been the best game from this developer and even that was really buggy, since daggerfall they have just continued to dumb the franchise down
I just use website warehouses like mightyape. These guys stock pretty much everything and don't actually have a brick and mortal store. I am one of those who still likes something physical with my purchase but I do get downloadable games that are relatively small.
Nice, I am waiting for this patch to play because at the moment I am crashing far too often. I assume it's the Multi threaded AI
I think they were originally going for an almost stained glass look, that didn't actually come off very well as hoped. Still, I like the art style, it's just a pity the game in general still seems to run like crap vs the technical quality of the graphics. I actually love the environment graphics. (except all the brown on the Empire side.) Character graphics and animations really could use some work though, and I always play with outlines off.
I would say get it at 1.1 it's definitely heading in the right direction. The thing about this game, is you can pretty much bank on it to be updated and supported for a pretty long time to come, eventually it will be fantastic. However if you need something to play right now, I would suggest something else, but don't pass this game up in the long run.
