You need to enable beta versions in the options menu.
Speaking of podcasts. Can I submit a podcast in which Elemental is feature that I... umm, produce and host? Since I start work again after finishing my exams later this month.
If it's an already established regular podcast. If you make one just for the points that you otherwise wouldn't, it won't be worth too much since it won't have an audience of its own.
If you do attempt to do this, be warned that we will not support it. Do not report any bugs that don't appear in a normal windows environment.
Perhaps I'm missing something, but I simply cannot find the debug.err file.
As I noted on Brad's release announcement, we noticed at the last minute that it was not being generated in the release build (too late to halt the release). It's one of the top things for the next build, but until then you'll need to just post dxdiag reports for technical issues.
We don't do click-through NDAs--if you had one you'd have had to sign and fax it so you'd know if you did :p
I accidentally kill champions by simply left clicking on them and it still kind of happens.
Left clicking selects them. Right click issues a move/attack order to your current selection. I'm not sure how that could be a problem unless you've got your mouse set to left-handed and not everything is respecting that setting.
Preorders are currently charging immediately until Monday. After that (unless Brad opts to extend it) it will go back to queuing orders until the next opening. If you have any issues with ordering, please contact .
But oh well since they are giving automatic access maybe I'll wait a bit more and see if they try to charge me again.
We don't recharge failed orders. You will need to place a new one.
It's a known issue caused by creating a group then having that group die.
Please contact about this issue.
EDIT: The game appears to be defaulting this notebook to a lower graphic setting. In this setting, the "X" to close the book is missing. I tried running Elemental on my desktop (1680x1050) and was able to see the "X" on that machine (the menus also showed more graphical detail vs. the simplified menus shown on the 1366x768 notebook screen).
It's not a simplified setting. Chances are the integrated video can't handle the textures properly and is failing to display them
The preorder queue has been done charging for a couple of hours now. When checking in Impulse make sure that you have beta versions set to show in the options. If it still does not appear and you haven't gotten an email, contact .
You can also set windowed mode by editing the prefs.ini file manually.
For future reference, if you have specific bug reports to post, please post each bug in its own thread so it's easier to summarize and categorize them for the developers. General feedback is fine in one place, though.
1 question iam downloading now the 0.99gb file will it automatic start the next one of 350+mb or do i have to accept ?
There's nothing further to download. Impulse always installs or updates to the latest version in one shot.
The current beta only permits random 1v1 or 1vAI online. We'll enable custom matches later.
Please contact about installation/Impulse issues.
If it's a UPS that runs through the battery at all times rather than switching from line power to battery only in a power outage, that's probably why. No UPS I've ever seen that was designed for home use can cope with a current-gen SLI setup at full tilt on battery.
An important note: Debug.err files are not being generated in the Beta 2 build that went out (it was noticed in internal testing just as it went live). We hope to get to the bottom of that as quickly as we can, so be prepared to revisit any bug reports you make over the weekend to add debug.err links once we get it sorted.
We're aware of this, but we didn't catch it until just after the build went live. Cari was looking into it before she left so hopefully we'll have it back in the next build.
The download itself and temp install files cause the installation requirement to be larger than the final installed size.
"Soon"
The deal with wishlists is that (at least some of the larger) sites use the number of people who've added a game as a major factor in determining article placement, etc. The more people wishlist it, the more likely others will have a chance to see previews and such on that site.
I've finished a preliminary review of the top entrants' submissions to bring point allocations in line with the current policy (particularly regarding Digg postings). The results are as follows: #1. kyogre12 Veteran <span
