Some users have reported that their morale is inexplicably 0 in battles, preventing movement--I'd suspect the same is happening to the AI. If you have a savegame that reproduces this, the devs should be able to load it in the debugger and confirm so we can track this down.

If you can provide a savegame with this occurring, it will help us solve the issue.
You should only need to build the improvement. Do you have a savegame where you have it but they're not in the train menu?

We've got an internal repro on not being able to cross the barricade after doing Procipinee's second mission, so hopefully we should have a solution soon.
We have a repro on the second one, but if you have a savegame for the first we can look and see just what's going on there.
There's a bug in custom empires where they have no tech tree period, but they should be disabled in the faction editor as of the latest update (it'll be properly sorted in the one to come).
If you have a savegame where doing a particular trade always reproduces this it would be very helpful.

If you used the pioneer that you got from the second kingdom you visited to make a second city, you should be able to teleport to there. We're working to solve the issue with the barricade.

The clip cursor in fullscreen option is the one you're looking for.
So when in the game world multipliers there is for example "Global level of Notable location - 3", does it mean that some AI player actually reached that level and is able to collect level 3 notable locations?
That should be the case, yes.
Simply turning off auto-turn should prevent this until we can properly resolve it.
My desktop crashes about 1 in 5 tactical combats, either as a Bright White full screen glow where the battlefield is, or a slow down
We've got an internal repro on that issue so hopefully we should have it squared away in short order.
Also I saw that the debug.err had my processor at ~2.7GHz's. Thats correct for the base, but I have it OC to 3.36GHz's. Not sure if that changes a thing....
The top of the debug.err is just what DirectX reports. Catalyst 10.8 is out today, give that a try and let us know if that helps any.
Injured squads should replenish their numbers as they heal as of last night's update.

If you mean to group them into a single unit like one trained as a party, squad, etc, you can only create those by training them, individuals can't be combined in that way (they're not trained to fight as a unit).
The white text in the infocards should be up in the shaded box below the portrait, that's an issue on our end.
You're running March-2009 video drivers, so please try updating those just to eliminate that as a potential problem.
