Since Stardock completely overpriced the international orders
USPS First Class shipping to the UK is approximately $20 for a three pound box. If your country charges customs fees, they are the buyer's responsibility whether they're included in the price or not. If they were, it'd just cost more up front, but the same either way. Using the detect application option in the in Impulse should get it to build the registry entries if you have the game files all in place.

Most cases of this are due to units on autoexplore failing to exhaust their moves--usually boats (such as yours). Moving the boat manually to use up its moves will let the game proceed. All the messages in your debug following turn 250 are pretty typical for the exit game sequence.
Personally I have to believe this is a memory leak issue.
It isn't, and there shouldn't be any issue until it goes past ~1.6g listed memory usage in taskman. 800-900mb is just fine. Most cases of stuck turns on the overland map are due to autoexploring units having pathing issues (checking any still yellow in the unit tree and exhausting their moves will normally let the game move on). As well, Starcraft 2 actually uses more, but they have a 64b/LMA version. I c

We'd need to know exactly what sort of error you're getting when you try the disc install in order to offer any advice.

That debug file is incomplete and shows the game was started then immediately quit from the main menu, but if you can upload a save with a stuck turn on your other thread we can check it out as Brad commented there.
Can anyone else clarify this, it's hard to work out how this works.
You can only respawn if you: 1) Die in your own or neutral territory 2) Have at least 1 essence point remaining 3) Have a city (any city) under your control to respawn in So in order to vanquish an enemy sovereign, you generally need to either kill him out away from his lands, or conquer him utterly. There is one small exception to dying in enemy te

Try updating your video drivers--you've still got the Win7 RTM drivers installed, and they don't seem to be the correct ones for your card (AFAIK x1300-x1500 cards were never made with more than 512MB of VRAM), which may explain the apparent texture memory issue as in your screenshot.
This is something you guys need to decide fast and stick to the decision. Last week you said people that owned the game by the time of 1.3 (or something like that), either way I'm pretty sure this is something that is best decided quick and whatever you do don't change your mind.
Initially the plan was to make the *first* expansion free to people who owned the game by 1.3. Now it's just free period. 1.1/Sep30 is for the second one after. Buy sooner, get more fre

Moved to support.
3) Patch says study/archivist now requires 1 guildar of upkeep per turn. I don't see that listed anywhere on the build cost. I don't see it anywhere on the citys report screen. This really needs to be listed somewhere. I built both in one city and my kingdon is making 6.2 guildar per turn but I can;t tell if this upkeep is being applied or not.
Upkeep costs on improvements are indicated by the hammer and coin icon in the buil
