All I have is uninstall 'logon studio' or 'browser' in the start menu....is that what you mean? And which one? Does it matter?

Well the list of skins still remains as long as I leave a check mark on the 'others' box. If I remove ALL the checks then the skins disappear. Should I still unload?

Sorry I have no clue whats going on.....it kept showing a clean window every time I tried to submit and then a privacy window kept opening up regarding inability to post at this site. Then it logged me out and when I came back in all the posting attempts showed up. So sorry.

OK, I did everything you said...I download and everything seems to be OK then the baloon pops up with no skin name saying a new skin has been installed but it still does not show up in either 'DP' or 'WB Conf.'!

OK, I tried everything and we made a little progress....the version is 4.1 and now when I try to download a WB skin a ballon opens near the clock saying that it has downloaded a skin, however, it doesn't give the name of the skin and when that happens it does not show up in either 'Display Properties' or WB Configuration'. I went to check anyway and sure enough it is not there.
