Actually, I WAS going to buy "ObjectDeskTop" but when support didn't answer any of my emails I opted for just trying and buying. Of course back then I didn't know that you guys on the 'boards' would be so helpful. I'm really sorry for putting you through all this but I had no idea how this all tied together. Hi Crazy Travis- Yes, back in July or there abouts I tried cross referencing accounts and that didn't help... again I wrote Stardock Support but again no replies. The only way I found around the problem was to re-install every time that WC wouln't let me download. That got old real fast and so I posted about the problem and Gary solved it for me but then I had problems again and WC was having its move so I just used the 'Browser'... and then the other day I found out that what was downloade

P.S. I have no problems downloading through the "Browser".... but it's my understanding that when you buy "WindowBlinds" you do not have a cap or limit. However, I started having problems downloading "WindowBlinds" long ago. I could be wrong but I get the feeling that "WinCustomize" doesn't recognize me as having bought them. I originally wrote "suppot" about the problem but never had any replies.

Oooopps....was that a major point there? OK I found WinCustomize....loved it....so I tried WindowBlinds. Eventually I got the paid version. Then I tried IconPackager and eventually bought it as well. Then I tried WinStyles and CusorXP but did not purchase those. Finally in an effort to support Wincustom

OK, I have never installed "ThemeManager"....so I don't really know what it is. The only thing I re-installed were the programs I originally installed a long time ago. That may be the problem...I don't know. As I slowly became familiar with Wincutomize I added "Winstyles", "CursorXP" and "IconPackager". But, I don't recall ever installing or using "StardockCentral" until that time that you helped me out... and I never installed "ThemeManager" either. Does that have anything to do

OK, I rebooted and re-installed... that (see pic) is what it looks like now. Of course now that I re-instsalled it is going to let me download for a while, but eventually I'll have the downloading problem again. Unless what we did fixed it permantenly. Ya think..?

Before I do all that I just have a question... in "All Programs" I have Stardock, Stardock Curdor XP, WinCustomize, and Object Dock all with their own menus and sub-menus is that the way it's supposed to be? It's kind of confusing, but I just wanted to check with ya.

Yep, when I opened the link it gave me the option to select all, which I did, so there was a check mark next to all the programs that I wanted to un-install. It appeared to un-install but when I went to check SDC everything looked the same. However, I just clicked on the #35 link and now nothing shows up as if there were nothing left to un-install!?
