I try to update my personal information (the age is incorrect) and I keep getting logon failed, I've added the site name to my allow list, but still get the same problem, any suggestions?

Thanks NightTrain, I have just now emailed about it. I also just noticed on the message board, posts about wallpaper not being accepted, and one mod said NEVER use the message board to try to get your wallpaper accepted. where would I find their email addresses? I don't who the moderators are.
Can anyone tell me, why a certain wallpaper I upload is not being accepted? It's a picture of fireworks I took myself, and it's way nicer then any of the other photos I have uploaded and those have all been accepted? It makes great wallpaper, I'm using it right now, as a matter of fact.
